My RV is a very well maintained RV. I have had it for a couple of years but she is pretty big for me to drive so I bought a shorter RV and would like to sell my Winnebago. It is 38 feet long. Has original Leather captain's seats and one seat behind the right passenger seat. All in good condition. It has one bedroom in the back with walkaround bed room. Cherry cabinets throughout the RV in very good condition. It has carpet in the bedroom but wood look laminate in the living and kitchen area. Has full size shower, sink and toilet in the bathroom. The RV has central heat and air. It also has a washer/dryer In bathroom area and a dishwasher in the kitchen. I have a fold out couch in the living room and in the dining area so It can sleep more people. I do have the table for the kitchen that can be mounted back In fast if you need it. A new inverter was installed a couple months ago. Also a new Backup camera was installed. I mounted new TVs in the front of the RV and in the bedroom. RV dealers tell me the generator that is in the RV is worth around 10,000 just by itself. I ust put new tires all the way around on the RV and have only driven about 50 miles since putting them on. The engine is a Cummins diesel engine 300 Turbo with an Allison transmission. It has no problems climbing hills. The RV is on a freightliner chassis. The engine has barely been broken in and has a lot of miles left on it. The RV cost 173,000 brand new. The RV has air brakes and suspension. No problems with transmission or engine. It also has 5 new batteries in it. The jack for the hydraulic leveling doesn’t go down but when I have gone camping I have parked on level sites and don’t need it. The RV drives well and runs well. It is the luxury edition for Winnebago.
