The RV has a slideout in the living room, and comes with a sofa w/hideaway bed, booth dining table, 6 cubic ft fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, tv, a 5kw Onan Emerald generator which has been serviced and runs smoothly, two air conditioners, a water heater, and we added a plug-in water heater that works while driving to have hot water ready at the campsite. The backup camera is installed but needs a monitor in the cab. The roof does not leak. It drives smoothly. One owner, no smoking, no pets. It needs an awning and two of the hydraulic levelers stick.
