We just bought a home in Florida and are now looking to sell our 2018 Vilano 365RL (39' fifth wheel with 3 slides).
The unit is in excellent condition and is very clean inside and out. We are non smokers and have no pets. Everything works as it should, and we have a warranty package with about 3 1/2 years remaining on it. We have had only a few minor issues with it, and all have been professionally repaired.
Extras include solid steps, electric cord reel, 3 air conditioners (the front and rear also have a heat pump), slide toppers on all 3 slides, Goodyear tires, Flex air pin box and a safe mounted under the bed along with all the items that were standard on it like residential refrigerator with ice maker, 2 tv's, convection microwave, king size bed, automatic leveling, fireplace and more. Also the unit is wired for satellite in living room and bedroom. Although we do not have a washer and dryer, we had the unit roughed for it so they can be added without a lot of effort.
