We had the best intentions of being an RV family, my wife and I have the ability to work from home and our 14 year old daughter could do virtual school especially over the past year. Unfortunately it didn't really work out and we ended up renting cabins and flying to hotels instead.
It's a beautiful coach, at only 35ft it fits pretty much everywhere including the state parks. It's massive inside having slide outs on both sides and very comfortable. It's been well maintained and maintenance was just completed in February of 2021 for both the engine and generator, it has an extended warranty that will be transferred to the buyer.
We planned on replacing the furniture (captains chairs, dinette and theater seating) as we didn't care for the materials that it came with and wanted a Jacknife loveseat instead. Since we're selling it I'd rather give you the option of what exactly to put in and what color so we will reduce the price by $5,000.
It's been well maintained, it was serviced when we purchased it last year and we just recently had it serviced this year. Low generator hours (under 150). Everything is great working order.

Some of the bay door handles sometimes stick and I need to give them a smack on the inside to reset them. It never bothered me enough to do something more about it.
One of the sliding doors (with mirror) in the back closet is missing, it was missing when we bought it but we had the new door come in and never had it installed. You will get the door and it's up to you to have it installed, unfortunately it's missing the small handle and hanging kit, we'll leave that to you if you want to get it set up.. we got used to not having it!
A small clip on the screen door broke and does not automatically connect with actual RV door, it's a simple mechanism that needs to be replaced. We just open the doors independently until then.
