FOR SALE: Excellent Condition $21,000 USD - FIRM
Class B / Portland, OR

We have had this rig for 6 years and put on about 26,000 memorable miles. For the sale, we replaced all the tires with good quality tires from Les Schwab and we are including a "Tire Minder" tire pressure and temperature monitoring system that reports to a monitor via Bluetooth.

This Roadtrek (RT) is very clean and is in great condition inside and out. The silver you can see in the side window is a reflectix insert. We have created removable window coverings for each window which are easy to use and store. Everything works and this van has been very reliable. We have kept up on all oil changes and done any needed repairs. It has the usual RT equipment: 2-burner gas stove-top with hood, microwave, hot water heater, gas furnace, 3-way fridge (propane, 12V, 120V), A/C, toilet, shower, and a retractable awning. In addition, we have added a bluetooth radio and put a cover over the fantastic overhead fan on the rig’s roof, so the fan can be on even in the rain. We also installed a surge protector for hooking up to outside electric power, and we have replaced all the lights with LEDs. The house battery is only 1 year old, and we replaced the alternator and engine battery this year. There is no generator.

We love the design of the Roadtrek 190 versatile. It can fit into a standard city parking space and the undercarriage is higher off the road than the newer models, which gives more clearance. (FYI: floor to ceiling height is 6 ft.) We also love that the extra seat behind the passenger has been replaced by a large pantry with 2 drawers (see photo). I like the way the doors to the bathroom/closet open into the aisle because it provides a large and entirely private place to change clothes or swimsuit, even when parked in a public place. The back has a double sized bed which we always kept made up. We used the extra table when we wanted to eat in the van instead of on a picnic table. We are selling our van only because we retired and run an Airbnb in our home for necessary retirement income and can't travel as much. The time has come to pass this rig to someone else.

Please, only serious buyers and the payment must be a bank to bank transfer.
