This 2020 Pleasure Way Lexor FL is in excellent condition with 40,168 miles. It had a full vehicle inspection Dodge Ram ProMaster 3500 (Chassis) in April 2024 as well as a full RV coach inspection in June 2024. All equipment and systems were tested and operating correctly. The RV Inspection report is available for serious enquiries. The RV is very clean. We chose the Lexor FL based on the excellent amenities, front wheel drive meant lower entry and it has been a great RV on trips up and across Canada as well as one all across the southern USA. We have been very happy with it, but we are selling it as we have used it very little in the last year. More flying and less driving as we venture farther. Located Monroeville (Pittsburgh) PA.
The RV is 20'11 in length and 9'3.5 high, which makes it easy to park in standard parking spaces. The 3.6L, V6, Pentastar gasoline engine had enough power for anything we encountered on the highway or in the Mountains. The tires were replaced 9,000 miles ago and the chassis battery 6,000 miles ago.

Comfort: A memory foam bed configurable as either a queen or 2 twins, private toilet, wet bath / shower and vanity inside as well as an outside shower, ultraleather upholstery, dimmable recessed LED lighting throughout and multiple USB charging ports. The front swivel chairs, movable Laguna table and a flip up workstation behind driver?s seat allow for either front or rear location for eating playing or work. Roll up magnetic screens for wide open back and side doors meant we could let nature in and really enjoy Lake Superior and Michigan without the insects. Two touch screen control panels, on in the front galley and one by the bed allows convenient control of lights and appliances.
Entertainment system including 24 Smart LED television with swing out mount, a Bose soundbar with Bluetooth, a Blu-ray player, a Winegard Rayzar automatic HDTV antenna, cable tv hook up.
Key Appliances: 2.8 KW Generator, Dual 100 AH Lithium batteries, three 95 watt solar panels, 2KW inverter, 4.9 cu. ft. fridge operates off 120 VAC, 12 VDC or propane, Microwave / convection oven, 2 burner propane cook top, Corian counters with large under mount stainless steel sink, an 11,000 BTU roof mount air conditioning unit.
