Used 2009 Newmar Dutch Star 4043 for Sale by Owner in Polk City, Florida

Selling our dear Paseo, what we call our Newmar motorhome. Newmar motorhomes are built with quality and pride and this 2009 pre DEF is no exception.

We purchased it 1 1/2 years ago to full time travel but that has not happened. It has a clean title, no accidents and nothing is wrong with it.

A new roof was installed with a 10 year transferable warrantee. The only maintenance it needs is to be washed yearly. This was done as to not having to climb on the roof and a worry free maintenance.

Motor and generator serviced yearly every January.

Toyo drive tires are 1 1/2 years old
and it has two new steer tires.

House batteries are four, 1 1/2 years old AGM and engine batteries are also 1 1/2 years old Interstate.

This motorhome has lots of storage inside and in the comfortable bay area.

Bedroom area has a king size comfortable mattress, large closet for clothes, shoe storage area,TV, stacking washer and vented dryer, 6 large drawers and a chest for additional storage.

Bathroom has an ample shower, lavatory w/vanity and water closet, linen storage and medicine cabinet.

Hall has an additional closet for hanging clothes,an utility closet. A third closet for cleaning equipment where the all coach dirt devil vacumme is at.

Kitchen has a pantry, two way refrigerator,double sink, three burner stove, microwave/oven, newly installed faucet and lots of storage.

Living Area, has a queen size sleeper sofa, pull out extendable table and four chairs, credenza for extra kitchen storage or desk, TV, and one recliner.

Bay area has a Dometic refrigerator/freezer and pull out drawers. It also houses a 8k generator with 425 hours that runs perfectly.

Everything works as it should and it must be seen to appreciate it.
