You essentially have a brand new refrigerator. Runs great on both propane and 120v.
All new ShadePro slide toppers and awnings installed in 2023.
The front TV has been removed and replaced with a facade. That TV was a real head-bump hazard and now happily it's gone. With the removal of the satellite dish, the outside TV and bedroom TV are non-functional, but could easily be replaced with smart TV's that connect to an internet connection.
A pressurized accumulator tank was added to reduce the cycling of the water pump from several times a second, to a few times per minute at full flow.
The house batteries - originally 4x6v 400Ah lead-acid - were replaced with a single LiFePO4 460Ah. Since you never want to run lead-acid lower than 50%, this new battery has more than twice the original capacity. The existing Inverter/Charger does charge this LiFePO4, but not fully since this battery type didn't exist when it was made. I'll include a 100 amp charger designed for LiFePO4 batteries that fully charges it.
The Toyo tires are about 4 years old and have been coast-to-coast. I check them every few months, but I only need to top them off about once per year.
New windshield as of July 2023.
All interior lighting was replaced with LED lighting.
Front A/C unit was replaced in July 2020. The other two units are original, but still running well.
The loveseat behind the driver seat was removed to accommodate a home office.
Dinette seating removed as it was awkward to get in and out of, and uncomfortable. Replaced with two regular chairs.
New memory foam mattress for the fold-out queen bed in the living room.
