Regrettably this time comes for us all. Senior couple with almost 20 years of rv experience (visited every state in the continental United States including Alaska) must finally call it quits. We are second owners of this magnificent Class B motor coach designed by Midwest Automotive Design. Our version of the MD2 American Patriot seats five and includes the addition of the Mercedes Premium package with its numerous safety features such as driver assist, active lane keeping, and rear view cameras. The addition of after market inflatable rear shocks makes this coach an absolute pleasure to drive. Interior comfort is not left out. Both the driver and passenger seats fully swivel and both are heated. The rear bench seat reclines electrically to provide either twin or king size sleeping accommodations. Among the many other features of this truly luxury coach are an upgraded sound system, diesel heating, on demand hot water, induction cooktop, front and rear tvs, electric sliding door, a large refrigerator with separate freezer, a 2.5kw Onan LP generator and an electric macerator disposal system. But what truly sets this coach apart are the many upgrades designed to enhance its off grid capability and comfort. Starting with fully retractable front and rear screens and a climate controlled ceiling fan, the original battery storage capacity has been increased from 200 kw hours to six hundred kw hours and the original A/C has been replaced with a Houghton soft start A/C to further enhance off grid operation.
