Custom upfitted Mercedes-Benz Sprinter motor home designed for luxury, access, storage and the ability to go almost anywhere in mind. It is a one owner that has been well maintained and has had all required maintenance. This motor home is fully off-grid capable with under hood generator, 325 watts of solar and 30 amp RV park hookup. There is a full-size murphy bed that folds up when not in use. There is access/egress to the motor home from the rear doors and the sliding door. There are 11 drawers, two floor to ceiling pull out pantries, a 30” pull out pantry, a large illuminated closet for hanging clothes, 6 illuminated floor cabinets, rear illuminated enclosed storage area for all hookup hoses, and a large vanity/medicine cabinet with built in 110v GFCI electrical outlets. The floors, walls and ceilings have Kilmat installed to absorb outside noise. The interior is constructed with solid aluminum extrude, stainless steel and aluminum sheeting instead of wood.
This motorhome has a robust 12V power system allowing full use of the accessories anywhere, anytime. All accessories can be used when off grid. This includes the air conditioner and microwave. If you need to charge the batteries you simply start the van and the under-hood generator will top of the batteries. The inverter has a large wattage capacity so you can use a hair dryer and other electrical items at the same time when off grid (not plugged in).
The chassis of the motor home is a 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 RWD 170” 3.0 liter turbo diesel. The exterior has GFX custom wheels, spare tire with custom wheel, smooth riding Continental Terrain Contact A/T tires , heated and power folding mirrors, AMP Research power steps, Fiamma F80 12’ Awning, Cree bright white 20” LED light bar, Fox tuned 2.0 rear shocks, Boss Kevlar rear air bags, roof rails, Draw-Tite 2” receiver hitch 7500lb rated, rear door tire carrier, a 25 gallon grey tank with an EZ-Valve electric push button valve, 30 amp plug, coax cable plug, RJ 45 network cable plug, GFCI 110V outlet, city water hookup and gravity water fill. The van has a 10” display Kenwood DNR1007XR Multimedia system with backup camera, Mercedes Pro Connect remote lock/unlock and system monitoring, swivel seats, power windows and locks and cruise control.
The motor home electrical system consists of a 280XP High Output under hood generator with a Balmar MC-614 Voltage regulator, 4 Battle Born 100 amp hour lithium batteries, a Victron 3000W Victron MultiPlus Inverter, a Victron MPPT 100/50 Solar Charge Controller with 300W of solar panels, a Victron Battery monitor, a Victron Color control display systems monitor, 12V and 110V distribution center, thick gauge marine wiring, 5 12V outlets, 8 110V outlets, 30 amp built in system surge protector, tank monitors, Shurflo 4008 water pump and 12v dimmable LED lighting. The Victron system can be programmed and monitored via Bluetooth on your phone or computer.

The motor home has a 12V 20,000 BTU Air Conditioner, a 12V Webasto Dual Top EVO ducted heating system with hot water boiler, a Deluxe Maxx Air Fan with remote, a WeBoost Drive Cellular and Wi-Fi booster, 4 camera mobile DVR system with two monitors to view the outside of the van when inside. It also has a skylight which illuminates the back of the van in the daytime.
The main area has a full-size murphy bed with a brand-new mattress, lounging couch, Lagun table with sliding mounts on each side of the van enabling multiple positions and heights for dining and desk placement, pull out and removable laundry bin, 24” Roku TV with soundbar, Sony DVD player and led dimmable lighting.
The living area of this motor home is constructed with 80/20 aluminum extrude, stainless steel and aluminum sheeting. There is a layer of Kilmat sound deadening material and reflectix insulation on the floor, walls and ceiling. The drawer and cabinet fronts are European Baltic Birch. The hardware closures are stainless steel and solid aluminum. The upholstery is ultra leather and the floors are commercial grade vinyl plank. The main windows are CR Laurence with solid steel security screen on slider window that opens out. There is a port window in the bathroom to allow air circulation throughout the van. The drawers are Blum stainless steel soft close. The fresh water tank is inside the van and has a 42 gallon capacity ensuring two people can shower and live for up to three days plus before refilling.
There is a full bathroom with a waterfall shower and a shower wand accessible from outside to clean up before entering the van. The shower area has plenty of elbow room. It also has a European Separett toilet, vessel sink, quartz countertops, stainless steel walls/ceiling, epoxy shower pan and large polished stainless steel mirror.

This is a fun, nimble unit that we have had a lot of adventures in. However, we are settling down for awhile and want to see the adventure continue with new owners.
