All standard items that came with the original vehicle: shades, awning, table, seats, 2 burner stove top, sink, outside shower. This vehicle has been parked at my home but my wife and I downsized to a condo and I am not permitted to park it there so I have to park it in a secured lot. I have enjoyed this RV very much because of its convenient size. It will fit in parking spaces in a town, it can ride the back roads and its height is 9'4" so it can go under many back road underpasses. When going to Seattle many roads you can travel at 80 MPH and it had no problems. It had plenty of power, no problem with traveling at high attitudes: 7000Ft., 8000Ft., 9,000Ft., 10,000Ft. and of course sea level. This 5 Cylinder diesel with Turbo does not need those additives that the new diesel engine needs. Just noticed a slight vibration. Checked it out: replaced u-joints and new Dorma driveshaft and new driveshaft center support as well as new Amsoil severe gear lubricant in the differential. Also changed engine oil and filter with Amsoil. Plus there are other extras: example bike rake, etc. So it is serviced and ready to go traveling!!! Also if needed I will spend a 1/2 day after purchase to indoctrinate you on the operations of this RVs features.
