This trailer is in great condition and everything works! Outside, it has a new deep cycle battery, like new Goodyear Endurance tires, spare that’s never been used, 12’ electric awning, electric tongue jack, dual propane tanks, solid-step stairs, outdoor shower, outdoor speakers, and a Winegard AIR 360+ omnidirectional antenna.
Inside, it has a camper queen mattress and topper in the front bedroom that sleeps two adults. The couch and dinette fold down and sleep one adult each, and it has two bunks in the rear that will sleep two adults (or more kids).
It’s equipped with a 10 cubic foot Norcold 12v refrigerator, Furrion 3 burner stove with oven, and Greystone microwave. It has waterproof vinyl flooring and the interVac central vacuum system. It has a 36” tub/shower combo in the bathroom that includes a powered exhaust fan.
Climate control features a thermostatically controlled 13,500 btu Dometic AC that is ducted throughout the ceiling and an Airxcel propane furnace that is ducted through the floor.
We are selling the camper with a Husky weight distribution hitch, multiple electrical hook-up adapters, an electrical surge protector, 30 amp extension cord, potable water and dump hoses, and a Rhino 36 gallon portable dump tank.
We are the second owners and bought this trailer to live in while we built our retirement home. Now that we are in the house, we don’t need a trailer this big, and want to see it go to someone who can really enjoy it like we have. Closing will have to happen in person and a notarized bill of sale must be signed by both parties. The title is clean and in hand.
