2022 30BHS Cougar Half-Ton tow-able for sale. It has been a great unit and perfect if you have a couple little ones. Both are now in travel sports and we no longer have time to use it.
With the self leveling package, it is super easy to setup!
This is a SMOKE FREE & PET FREE camper. We are the original owner. The title is clean and owned outright ready for an easy transfer.
The camper is equipped with the optional theater seating which includes the massager and heated seats with LED lights down below.
It also includes a large 10.4 Cu. Ft Norcold 12v refrigerator which can run off the included Solar Flex 220 solar package (which could be upgraded to the 440i or 660-L). The main living area also includes the fireplace which keeps the entire unit nice and warm in the fall saving you from running the gas propane heater. It also comes with the Furion microwave and propane stone/oven.
The outdoor kitchen has a mini fridge and optional capital grill. I say optional as I converted the grill to a spice rack which also has storage behind it for many grilling accessories. When we camp, I used a Blackstone griddle which is why I changed this to a drawer. With that being said, I have the original capital grill which is in brand new condition. I'll happily pull the drawer out and reinstall the grill should that be preferred (its only a few bolts that mount it to the existing slides of the drawers). Everything else on this unit is in it's original condition.
There are two double size bunks in the back in which the lower bunk flips up for more storage if needed. The kitchen table folds down flat for another bed if needed. The master has a KING SIZE mattress which we love, especially when the little ones won't stay in their own beds.
The camper comes with one AC unit on the rear but the front is braced and wired for a second (we have never had an issue with the camper not getting cool enough so we never added the second ac unit). Side note, this camper will run on 30 amps with no problem. If a second AC unit is installed, you'll need the 50 amp connection.
There is a ton of storage with the pass through in the front of the camper. A lot of storage inside including a pantry. The rear also has a ton of storage available. You'd have to be a pack rat to fill this camper to the max.
