In very good shape, always tarped, tires 75-80%. lots of pantry storage as well as equipment storage. I pull it with my 2013 1/2 ton V8 Ford pickup. Clean Title, no accidents. Everything works, Stove Heater A/C. Located in Angwin Ca. Had some fading on nose cone. had it repainted last year. did a great job. We have had a great time with this travel trailer.
