This is a REALLY nice 4 season 5th wheel which has lived most of it's life as a 1-family RV parked in a seasonal site in Deep Creek, Maryland (in other words, it was NOT towed all over the place like a regular RV would have been). This 5th wheel is VERY spacious with high ceilings, ceiling fan, beautiful hardwood furniture, comfortable reclininers in the loveseat plus an additional, very comfortable sofa with a very large automatic inflatable mattress (no bars to kill your back!). The bathroom is luxurious, and HUGE for an RV. We have had MANY RVs prior to owning this Keystone Alpine, including a class A, B, C, travel trailer and 5th wheel, and this 5th wheel is by far the most comfortable and spacious. It has tons of options, including 4 slides, residential refrigerator, Victron multi-plus inverter, 2 gray water tanks, Onan generator, Lippert leveling system, 4 slide toppers, 4 slides, washer/dryer hookup, main TV retracts into furniture when not in use, 2nd flat screen TV in bedroom, Fireplace, 2 30 pound propane tanks, electric awning, etc. It has a few minor cosmetic blemishes, but overall is in excellent condition. Check the video to see the automatic leveling system in action as well as the 4 large slides being cycled out. You will really enjoy this one, so don't delay!
UPDATE: Since I placed this add, the Dometic A/C heat pump on the rear of the 5th wheel has stopped working. The 2nd one still works great! Also, someone went crazy w/ the disinfectant on the headrest areas of the couch and theater seating, and as a result, the faux leather coating is starting to flake off. It's not torn at all, and is otherwise in great shape, but it doesn't look so hot now on the headrest areas (I will update pictures soon). As such, I have lowered the price of this beautiful 5th wheel from $43,500 to $40,000, which is MORE than enough money to buy and install a brand new Dometic A/C heat pump in the rear of the 5th wheel and also to replace the couch and/or theater seat, if you feel this is necessary.
