This 5th wheel is ready to take the family camping all year around. The front cap has brand new paint and decals. It has JT stong arms, morryde wet bolts. 3 TV's one in the master, living room and bunk. Maxx Air roof vent covers. Support legs on entry stairs. Residential faucet in bathroom. Low point drains have ball valves on them under bathroom sink. Insulation on the outside kitchen. Taped all the AC ducts for leaks. The 50amp service so you can add a second ac. Table and chairs instead of the dinette benches. There was also no pets, smoking or shoes inside and hardly cooked in too. Wheel bearings were inspected and seals replaced last May. It does have the trailer hitch with 4 pin wiring.
