We are the only owners, asking just the payoff amount. It has only travel to Salt Lake City from Vancouver,WA once. 50 Amp service, 2 A/C. Covered when not in use. Been well maintain. It includes 16k Reese hitch, Winegard Satellite Dish,dishes, pot & pans and silverware. Jacks for big slide, tripod for front, stackers & hoses, screen tent and almost new BBQ. Also would be a perfect for living in if that's an option your looking for. Very comfortable and good for a small family.
