5th Wheels / Plymouth, MI
We’re looking to sell our Jayco Eagle 325 BHQS. We purchased it in 2019 with intentions to do some extended road tripping, but our personal circumstances changed and we ended up settling down sooner than planned! We purchased this RV from the original owner who stored it inside a climate-controlled facility throughout the year aside from a couple vacations each year. It was incredibly well maintained and we had it inspected by an RV repair shop prior to purchasing (January, 2019) and everything checked out (willing to share that info). From May of 2019-October of 2019 we had it at a seasonal campsite in Northern Michigan and from October until now it has been in our driveway in SE Michigan with a cover on throughout winter.
As of the time we closed it up last fall, everything remained in excellent shape aside from some minor damage to the outdoor kitchen (the service we hired to empty our tanks did not realize there was a separate tank for the outdoor kitchen and so it never got emptied - our friends staying the weekend failed to turn the faucet off completely and the sink overflowed. We dried everything thoroughly as soon as we discovered it, but it did leave some warping on the wood beneath the sink and the counter around the sink (see photos).
Things we love about this RV: the spacious fridge was very convenient especially in combination with the outdoor kitchen mini fridge to free up space inside. The food pantry is deceptively large. The bunkhouse is great for kids! The fireplace actually provides a good amount of heat and looks great too. The outdoor kitchen was a MUST for us and it was nice to cook outside and avoid creating a mess in the kitchen. The 2 A/C units had the whole RV feeling perfectly comfortable on even the hottest days. Jayco’s Climate Shield keeps the heat or cool in and we were comfortable in temps ranging from the 40s to the 90s. The RV is solar ready - we had planned to get panels for our road trip, but as our plans changed, we did not do this, but if it interests you, it is an option! The indoor and outdoor speaker system is excellent. The Nautilus P1 System makes tank filling/emptying and winterization super fast and easy. Oh, and the outdoor shower was super convenient for cleaning off our Sandy kid before coming inside.
We have some items we’d be willing to negotiate on that can come along as well - 50Amp surge protector, 50-30Amp conversion plug, tripod stabilizer, heavy duty chocks, tire pressure monitoring system, 5th wheel cover, etc.
