2010 Jayco Baja 14F .. If ur looking for a toy hauling pop-up You won’t find another 14f this nice. I’ve owned it for about 5 yrs but only used it 6-7 times. I’ve always kept it covered. I was going to sale it about 1yr ago but I found a soft spot in the floor. I decided to fix it and not past it off to someone else. I found the factory seal poorly constructed where the trailer deck/camper box meet allowing water to destroy some of the osb subfloor. I spent $1000’s in materials doing repairs which included: most of the floor replaced with 3/4 pressure treated plywood, new diamond plate, roof seal, resealed all trim, new lights, etc.. I also replaced all 4 magnetic brake/backing plate assembly’s with dexter parts. Bearings inspected, packed and new seals. I upgraded the brakes to a self adjusting pad kits and the axles are also EZ lube style with grease fittings so you can easily lube the bearings. I replaced the factory poorly routed brake wiring with larger gauge wire and crimped/soldered/heat srinked all splices. 4 new tires with about 50miles on them. You wont find rust on this frame like all the others I’ve seen. I just sprayed the frame (no rust before spraying) even underneath. The LP tanks are full and the battery is strong. I installed the largest (btu’s) A/C unit I could buy. It has an custom made screen room that attaches to the awning (cost $1500ish). $9000 firm. FYI some of the pics are when it had its old tires and before flooring was updated
