LISTING NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Class C / Fort worth, TX
2005 Itasca Sunrise Winnebago, 20,000 miles
Due to a change in careers, we can no longer afford the added expense. We have dropped the price below what we owe on the vehicle. If you have an offer, please let us know. If it is reasonable and we are able to make it happen, there is no harm in asking.
** Included items: One large propane bottle, Dish network satellite dish (receiver not included).
** Optional: We purchased a warranty that has time remaining on it. It can be transferred to the new owner. We will have to verify remaining time on warranty. (I believe the warranty is nearing it's term)
As we get this question a lot, it is a gas unit not a diesel pusher.
Repairs and upgrades made during ownership:
New Tires in 2015
New Bathroom Faucet
New vent in bathroom area.
Repaired the skylight over the roomy shower.
Installed a vented single unit Splendide 2100 XC series washer dryer
Her windshield was resealed, both driver's side and passenger's side.
Bedroom slide resealed.
Canopy/topper over the bedroom slide replaced.
Replaced engine/chassis battery.
Fresh inspection valid until 02/2018 (passed with flying colors)
Items to be noted:
After giving her the new Washer/Dryer combo, a bottle of bleach rolled off the bed and spilled onto the carpet.
Front curtains are water stained from a leak in the windshield (see above, now fixed and 100% sealed).
She's been used and lived in, so she has had normal foot traffic on the carpets in the living room. Forward AC unit needs repair. The unit runs but is not blowing air. We have not had a chance to have this looked at, but seems to be an issue with the fan.
Why are we selling? We used her for nearly a year as our home. We had just sold our previous home and were searching for the home we wanted to spend the rest of our lives in. Our dream home has needed some costly TLC that has tightened our budget and we must part ways with our RV friend. We also no longer have the time to use her. With the change in career, our budget can no longer support her.
We have invested a lot of tender love and money into her so that she could not only remain our precious abode while we needed her, but also so that someone else could appreciate her as much as we have.
We will answer whatever we can about her.
As we are selling the unit below the current loan amount, buyer will pay transfer fees.
Thank you for looking.
