This 2004 coach is a model 40PBDD (2 slide outs) that has had only two owners. No smoking, no pets, no accidents. Clean CarFax.

The coach sleeps up to four, but sleeping capacity can be expanded by replacing the reclining chair with a second sleep sofa.

Mechanical: The coach is powered by a Cummins ISC350HP turbo diesel that is mated to an Allison MH3000 6 speed automatic transmission. The Onan 7.5Kw generator presently has a little more than 1,500 hours on it. Owner convenience and controls include engine exhaust brake, power brakes, power steering, cruise control, intermittent wipers, power mirrors, Aladdin coach monitoring system, keypad for main door and large bay door locks, and rear camera. Tire pressure and temperature can be monitored remotely by the TSST tire pressure monitoring system. Coach leveling is provided by a Power Gear hydraulic system. A Carefree Power Awning, power entry steps, and one full slide through storage tray are also included. Six Goodyear G670 tires installed on 4/13/23. Two new chassis batteries installed on 8/5/23. Eight new suspension air bags installed 04/2024. Four new house batteries installed 06/2024.

Entertainment: Two flat panel HD TVs, two Sony BluRay players, Sony surround sound stereo, Dish Network VIP 211 receiver and Tailgater satellite antenna. Newer Kenwood in-dash AM-FM HD (includes Sirius XM, Pandora, etc.) stereo with remote control, including two USB ports and hands-free integration with cell phones via Bluetooth.

Comfort: The fully adjustable captain's chairs also have two-way seat heaters. The co-pilot's chair has an extendable footrest. The captain's chairs and sleeper-sofa are covered in beige faux leather. The extra reclining chair and footrest are covered in beige leather. In the bedroom you will find a Sleep Number queen bed.

Cooking: The coach is equipped with a two burner LP gas cooktop and Sharp convection microwave. A Coleman outdoor propane grill is also included with the purchase.

Food Storage: The Norcold 1200 double door refrigerator has been upgraded to the J.C. Refrigeration cooling unit and dual fans. Your ice cream will not be soft in this freezer. There is plenty of room for dry goods in the pantry and overhead storage bins.

Bathing/Cleaning: Inside the coach is a corner shower, sink with vanity, and separate water closet. The bathroom area is separated from the front of the coach and the rear bedroom by pocket doors for privacy. There is also an additional handheld shower outside the coach. Tucked in the rear of the bedroom is a Splendide washer/dryer combination that has seen very little use.
