We’re downsizing, but this exceptionally clean, completely empty and ready to move into unit is a dream to drive up or down mountains, through valleys, on interstates or country roads. It is in beautiful shape and is very open and roomy on the inside. The 8000 Onan diesel generator only has 277 hours, starts right up and works great. Cameras, in rear and on both sides make navigation simple with B/W front screen. The 6-speed Allison transmission shifts flawlessly. The engine brake makes stopping simple. Tilt and telescoping steering wheel. Adjustable pedals. Cruise control, automatic one-touch hydraulic leveling, electric shades and other features. All seating and cushions are in great shape: NOT the faux leather type that shreds quickly on so many cheap RVs. Driver and passenger seats are 6-way. The passenger chair reclines and has a leg lift. Electric steps cover for traveling. The long couch folds out into a queen bed with a new OEM air mattress. Day/night shades in living area windows, hall and bedroom. Ceramic tile floors, fireplace (heater too) and pantry. The kitchen has a gas/electric side-by-side RV stainless steel refrigerator. The icemaker is disconnected. Convection/microwave oven works great and is above the sunken gas stove top. Lots of hardwood cabinet storage above and below as well as enclosed glass pantry shelves on the television (32” Vizio digital) wall. Next to the sink, there is currently a blank space where a loveseat once sat. We made it into a desk area. We’re including the swivel, rocking, telescoping office chair. The retracting dinette has 2 chairs and 2 upholstered folding chairs. Eureka whole house Central Vac ready but accessories are not currently with unit. Smart EMS panel in hallway controls both rooftop cold A/C units/heat pumps, 2 gas furnaces, generator start, gauges for LPG, fresh water and black water storage and battery charging. 4 individual Slide-out controls. Side bath with ceramic 2-stage electric flushing toilet with mascerator, corrigan sink and beautiful corner shower. Vented Splendide 2100 Washer/Dryer unit in bathroom. 2 Fantastic Fans (in kitchen area and bathroom). Lighted large upper storage above washer. 3 large windows in hallway. Bedroom has double bed, large double glass doors, full-length closet and lots of storage, in cupboards and under the lift-up bed. 2-position ceiling fan. Access to engine available in bedroom. (Piano keyboard and folding desk do not go with unit.) Outside there’s a big electric front awning and door awning (have new motor but it is not installed yet) and manual window awnings. All slide-outs have toppers. Underneath lighted pass-through storage features raised-rail chassis with huge, open space from 4 bin doors. Large slider tray on one side (goes in and out both sides). Smaller slider tray on other side (also goes in and out both sides). Extra storage compartment by 100# LPG tank. 2 new chassis batteries (12/22), 4 deep cell house batteries. 6-22.5 Sumitomo tires. Easy access to oil and fuel filters, antifreeze and hydraulic fluid tanks. Water bay contains connections to fresh/city water, sewage removal, mascerator pump, water pump, etc.. 10k lb. hitch receiver and 7 way plug. Beautiful full-paint coach. Mileage reads 11,315. Due to a faulty LowFront Air beeper that would not go off, the computer module was replaced. I have the former module with the unit, which when connected reads 46,020 miles. A few small bubbly spots on lockable bin doors. Rear right baggage door has some scratches and a small dent, but works fine. No known leaks. Wallboard below hallway window has some ripples but all flooring and tile was professionally replaced before we moved in. No problems since. It helps to close the windows during a rain storm! :-) No DEF. Back ladder for roof access. Drive it anywhere or park it long-term for comfortable and elegant RV living.
