Love this coach but got a great deal on a newer model that will sleep all the grand kids. Exterior is in good condition with some fading of paint (AZ sun is brutal) and very minor damage to right front and rear lower panels. Six Hankook tires installed June 2016 at 26,500 miles. Winegard Rayzar Z1 digtal TV antenna installed July 2017. Two six-volt house batteries installed August 2017. Replaced Voyager side/rear view camera system monitor with color LCD - cameras are still b/w. Roof sealed in 2018.
The coach has a single hydraulic slide that extends the main living area, hallway and bedroom. It runs from behind the drivers seat to about 2 feet from the rear wall.
Power Gear automatic leveling. 30-amp electrical. Onan 4000 generator that has seen little use (+/- 200 hours) but starts and powers AC and microwave with no problems. Thetford Sanicon waste pump and tank rinse system. Shurflow Waterguard cartridge water filter system in bay but not connected. Ducted, 13,500 btu air conditioner with heat. Ducted furnace. Six gallon water heater, electric/gas with DSI.
Carefree power awning. Slide awning and manual awning over windows on slide.
Central vacuum. Dual basin kitchen sink. Three burner gas range. Sharp microwave/convection oven range hood. Norcold gas/electric refrigerator. Fantastic Fan power vent.
Shower with skylight and glass door.
Magnadyne AM/FM/WB radio with CD player in dash connected to front and bedroom house speakers. Vizio 27" TV in main cabin. Older King Dome (non-HD) satellite antenna. RCA 20" TV in bedroom. DVD player connected to each TV. Coach is wired for outside TV.
Dinette with four cloth seat chairs (2 folding). Vinyl sofa sleeper with heavy duty air mattress. Passenger captains chair swivels to face rear of coach. Driver captains chair swivels but we haven't figured out how to the back past the steering wheel. Bedroom has short queen walk around bed with storage below. Replaced original mattress with more comfortable model in 2015 but added weight over-taxed the lift struts so accessing under-bed storage is a two person operation.
The pictures show that this coach has a huge amount of cabinet space for it's short length. There are two wardrobes in the bedroom and a "hall closet" with selves behind. Basement storage compartments are fully accessible through side-hinged doors with struts.
The coach is easy to drive and we had no trouble towing our Grand Cherokee which approached the towing weight limit. The shorter length allowed us to get into federal and state campgrounds that were not available to larger rigs. We travel without tobacco and pets (we did transport a grand dog once). Arizona residents avoid sales tax when buying from a private seller.
