We're selling our camper because my wife and I are in the medical field and we never get a chance to use it like we thought we would, especially now. It has some upgrades to it and has been serviced by a local RV dealer to make sure everything is working perfectly. It comes with an already paid for warranty that is fully transferable. The water system had always been winterized using a special connection and regulator for compressed air instead of harsh chemicals. The drains and tanks were treated with RV antifreeze.
It came standard with electric scissor jacks, dual fridge/freezer, dual A/C units 1 of which is ducted, electric fireplace, dual 20lb propane tanks, electric awning, a 40" TV, heated enclosed underbelly, built in central vaccum system, W/D hook ups and spare tire with cargo rack. Upgrades that have been made include a Progressive Industries hard wired 50 Amp surge protector, roof vent covers, solar panel for maintaining batteries, upgraded kitchen faucet, Level Mate Pro system, anti-sway hitch system that will come with it, anti-flat tire foam installed by dealer.
It will also come with almost everything you need to take it out right away. That includes a 25' heated water hose and any/all connections, pressure regulator, all sewer connections & accessories, a second fire extinguisher, 2x new deep cell batteries, a yet to be installed battery disconnect, bedding, towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, plastic drinkware, 2x 7 gallon spare water jugs, external fridge thermometers, 4 sensor La Crosse thermometer station to monitor different areas, step rugs to wipe feet before entering, 9 x 12 outdoor mat w/ground spikes, storage organizers, emergency equipment w/ basic tools and all jackpads and leveling blocks. Basically everything we bought to go camping with will come with it. We also added an 8" Luxury Gel Foam mattress w/organic cotton from Mattressinsider.com.
It has been a great camper for us the few times we got to take it out. It's 4 season ready which we have tested by taking it to a RV resort in Breckinridge, CO in January where we were very comfortable. It has been to other cold climates as well and has never let us down. We spent 6 days in the mountains dry 'glamping' but it was like having a traveling apartment with all of its amenities. The A/C runs cold even when powered by a 30 AMP generartor.
