This unit has been well maintained and has been used primarily at a campground on a seasonal site. It has not been pulled in the last 8 years. Brand new tires in the fall of 2022 and new awning (power retractable) in 2021.
Sofa is approximately 6 years old and has a comfortable queen sleeper. Electric fireplace, TV extends from fireplace console, washer and dryer hook up, central, vac, pull out pantry, bar, and huge storage area underneath.
