If you like to entertain then this floor plan will allow you to do just that because it has plenty of floor space. It has more solid surface counter space, electrical outlets, cabinets and drawer space than you think you will need but more is always better.
The kitchen is large enough for two cooks. The pantry has deep shelves and large pull out drawers. The island, which conceals the trash can under the double sink, has drawers and electrical outlets. The four door refrigerator/freezer is accessible to you when the slides are closed. The dinette table and chairs can be moved outside for more entertaining options.
The entertainment center includes a large TV, stereo system and speakers inside and out. The electric fireplace provides you with heat on those chilly nights while saving you money on your propane costs. If you like to work while traveling then you'll appreciate a place to store your laptop, printer and files.
When it's time to retire for the night, your friends or family will enjoy the clean, queen sofa bed with the ceiling fan above it. With the sofa open you can still walk around it comfortably. Cabinets above the sofa and recliners can be used to store blankets and pillows.
It has two air conditioners that you can run at the same time if you plug into a 50 amp line. The living area and bedroom each have its own thermostat. The kitchen ceiling has a vent fan with a wall mounted thermostat and rain sensor.
The bathroom is well appointed. There is a large skylight in the shower that visually opens up the space. All moisture from your shower will be removed by the powerful vent fan over the toilet.
The bedroom, with approximately 6'2" head clearance has a clean king bed with zippered mattress cover. The bed has windows on each side for light and ventilation. One closet is plumbed for a washer and dryer. It presently has a washer in it. This RV includes a Dyson rechargeable vacuum.
Too much sunlight coming into your RV? Pull down the MCD duo roller shades that cover all your windows. One shade is a dark screen to reduce the light and heat streaming in, while being able to look outside, and the second shade provides privacy.
In addition to the upgrades in the interior, you will definitely appreciate what the exterior of this RV has to offer you. How many RV's have you seen on the side of the road with flat tires because they were undersized? This RV has commercial grade tires to allow you to start your vacation on the right foot.
The hydraulic system operates the three slides and the landing gear comes with one touch automatic leveling. Back this RV into your camp site, press a button or two, and watch it wiggle its way to a level position without you having to bend down to drop the legs. No more having to place wood blocks under the legs to level out an uneven site. Now that's an upgrade to talk about. Fun to watch, too!
You will also get a key FOB to remotely operate your slide outs, the lighted awning, landing gear and exterior lights. The large, lighted basement is accessible from both sides of the RV and has everything you need to plug in your TV for outdoor entertainment.
No need to bend down to empty your waste tanks. The drain pulls are located in the same cabinet as your water and TV hookups. You get to do it all standing up.
The RV is prepped for a generator and it has a battery disconnect switch to reserve battery power while in storage. It comes with two 30 lb propane tanks and 50 amp cord with reel. This RV has not been abused and is very clean inside, however, it does have a small rip in the awning caused by a very high wind and the leather sofa and recliner is disintegrating.
