Purchased 24 enclosed trailer in Jan 2016 started having trouble with brakes, didn't have much there but thought it was the weight of cargo so didn't think much since the trailer was new. after some time tried the actual trailer brake lever in the truck at max and it was just barely would activate the trailer brakes. after searching for places to get it worked on for warranty the closest place was an hour away. because there were places that would sell them but didn't have a shop/ repair area . after taking it in found out that the brake wire connectors to ground were poorly quality and they had to replace them all to get the brakes to work to their peak.
now its 1 month after the warranty is up and all my lights that ground to the frame are out no tail and marker lights, ect. and it is a completely covered interior trailer.
just frustrated, they build them in this state but they don't have any way to get them repaired. as i was looking under the trailer to see if any wires were broken or hanging i notice that the plywood is not coated and even the frame was all rusty already, the coating they put on is sprayed from the top and it run down the sides in some spots but the under neath is basically bare and thats where is is needed. i have a Look brand trailer and the plywood and the frame is covered underneath.
