We are selling because we bought a larger trailer so we could take the grandkids with us camping. We are the second owner. The first owner only used it 2 or 3 times. we only used it half a dozen times. The table converts to a bed. the bed is a queen short with a memory foam topper. There is storage under the bed, under one of the dining seats and the forward compartment. It has a fresh water tank, grey water tank and black water tank. The toilet and sink are together with the shower across the hall.
It has a 120 volt 30 amp electric system.
Equipment: microwave, propane range with 3 burner cooktop, rooftop A/C, propane furnace, 10 gallon water heater, refrigerator/freezer--dual source(electric and propane)
Water heater, refrigerator, and furnace vents all have bug screens
The two ceiling vents have new covers and have "maxair" type covers
