2022 Grand Design Momentum M-Class 395MS-R for sale by Owner - Quinby, VA

The coveted Momentum 395MS-R from Grand Design. We love our rig but we're leaving the country and she's too large to travel on narrow roads. We're highly motivated sellers and welcome all reasonable offers.
We are currently with the RV in Virginia (though we are based out of Tennessee). We are willing to sell to just about any location.

We purchased our Momentum new in May of 2022. Our rig is fully road-tested and all the bugs & kinks have been shaken out. We bought the Momentum because of the Grand Design reputation, the functional and efficient floor plan, and for the Toy Garage for our 2 Harleys. We also sold our bikes due to our upcoming move. Most of the time, our garage was a recording studio! :-)

**We just had a full PDI inspection done by a licensed inspector and master technician. You'll have that report for your records.**

*We added a brand new Kohler kitchen sprayer/faucet and a new kitchen table that's absolutely gorgeous! (Summer '23)
*We added a brand new flip-top kitchen table that goes perfectly with the décor as if it were original! So chic! (Summer '23)
*We have added a small washer/spin dryer rather than a full-sized one. It works amazingly!
*We upgraded the main bathroom sink to a hand-made, pure copper sink. It's gorgeous and super light.
*We opted for a solar generator. *Not* included.
*We upgraded our roof protection with RV Armor ($7000 investment with a lifetime warranty that is *transferrable*)
*We added a 2nd 12V, deep cycle battery.
*We also added real slate panels around the fireplace and on the island.

Sleeps 2 in the Bedroom, 4 in the Garage & 1 in the loft above the Garage, and 1 or 2 in the Living Room (sleeper sofa).
