PRICED TO SELL! JUST REDUCED! Perfect for escaping to Southern states during those cold, Northern winters. Great, too, for summer vacations with the family. Big enough to live in; small enough to drive safely and comfortably. With its rugged Ford E-450 cab and 32’ total length, travel is a breeze. With your in-dash GPS mapping your trip and your cell phones charging in their in-cab USB ports, you are free to enjoy the ride. You are RV’ers now, and you are travelin’! Setting up your home on wheels couldn’t be easier. This motorhome has conveniently located and easily reachable water and electric connections. It has 30 amp service and an upgraded electric cord that is detachable. The sanitation compartment is large enough to store “dump” hoses and cleaning equipment. An important upgrade to this RV is its high quality, portable surge protector. Using this is your assurance that power surges (so common in RV parks) will not damage electrical equipment anywhere in your coach. There are upgraded, stainless steel valve stems on all tires, making tire inflating easier. Also, two filters, water hoses, a brand new dump hose (basic), and a support for it come with this RV. There are plenty of outside “basement” storage compartments, one of which extends from one side of the coach to the other. Good for those large, bulky items like bikes and ladders. In another compartment is an on-board water filtration system. Another holds a large trash container that fills from an opening in the kitchen counter and empties from the outside. No unsightly trash containers inside anymore. Yet another outside compartment houses a flat screen TV/DVD combination. Running almost the length of the passenger side is an 18’, electric, tiltable awning. It, and the rope of LED lighting along the RV and just under the awning, makes outdoor living easy, rain or shine, day or night. Steps that lead into the living area are inside the door…dry even in drenching rain outside. Stored inside the stepwell are the two deep cycle coach batteries, easily accessible. Inside the coach the kitchen area has an upgraded, tall faucet, a custom-made tempered glass cover for the recessed burner stove, a huge 12 cu. ft. double door refrigerator with ice maker that has been upgraded in efficiency with the addition of an electric fan. A Fantastic Fan with remote control has been added in the ceiling, as well as a Maxx Aire cover over it on the roof. The fan can be set to close automatically during heavy rains. This upgrade provides air circulation and cooking odor removal regardless of weather conditions. The rear bedroom window has been replaced with a tinted one, and curtains have been added. A metal shoe rack has been installed below the closet area in the bedroom to keep shoes out of closets and out of the way. The sofa in the living area has been replaced with one that has footrests and is longer and sturdier than the original. It easily sleeps 2 adults on its full-size mattress. Skylights/vents have been replaced with sturdier plastic than the originals, and new covers have been installed that allow vents to be open in lighter rains. Full length curtains have been installed between the cab and the living area. These serve not only as privacy, but also as a block for cold or heat from the living area if only the cab area has passengers while driving. Conversely, such curtains aid the heating or cooling system in the motorhome by sealing off the unused cab area when parked. There are upgraded, stainless steel valve stems on all tires making tire inflating easier. Our no longer being able to RV was totally unexpected. Because of that, countless accessories are available: a Roadmaster Falcon II tow bar rated to 6,000 lbs, an auxiliary braking system (Brake Buddy) with remote, a base plate specific to a Ford Fusion, heaters, fans, kitchen equipment, etc. All are negotiable.
