Roof and tires are 3 years old. Roof was replaced because of a defect in the roof material. Plywood was not needed to be replaced. TPMS,3 year old winter and tire covers, 50 amp surge protector, backup water pump, and fridge motherboard. Never been smoked in and used a few times per year for vacations or weekends. Has extra refrigerator exhaust fans with temperature control module. Was modified with extra trifold couch to sleep extra two adults . Sleeps six adults comfortably and either a smaller adult or two children on the dinette.
