Very nice, lightly used trailer still under extended transferable warranty and road hazard? This Rockwood Premier High Wall 296 is a great buy and has been a great trailer to escape the Phoenix Heat. With 202 sq/ft of livable space by pulling out to 28', it folds to a nice towable size that disappears behind a truck. When it is parked beside our house, it is covered with a cover along with wheel covers. The trailer does have some light wear as we used it, but very minimal evedince. This trailer has been taken through the new RV break in with TLC and has been upgraded with items to make it more fun and usable. I highly encourage purchasing a single Honda EU2200i generator to accompany it as the air conditioner can be used off grid. The solar panel and dual batteries allowed us to always have constant DC power with batteries charged by 9:00am. All original equipment included, gas grill, side table and matching folding table. It is as good of shape as we bought it new.
