Everything works great. Been used for snow-birding down in Florida during the winter. But now we have bought a Condo there.

37 feet long, one-piece Fiberglass roof
All 6 Tires replaced 2 years ago and kept covered when sitting
1 & ½ Baths. 1 main Bathroom with twin sinks and shower in rear and ½ Bath in center. Separate gray and Black tanks for each bathroom. Black tanks have flush hose hookups for cleaning tanks when dumping waste.

2 new chassis batteries (with dead man’s switch to save battery when in storage)
2 overhead ducted A/c units and propane furnace with floor ducts
Great working Onan 5500 watt generator with transfer switch for camping off grid. Runs on gas from truck’s 75-gal gas tank if tank is above ¼ full. Carburetor and filters replaced 2 years ago

Original B&W CRT backup camera system replaced by dual color cameras (1 as backup pointing down and second pointing outward and used like a rear-view mirror while driving) and new flat screen display on dash
