We are the second owners, first owners sold so they had money to finish building their dream home. We purchased this great 5th wheel 2 years ago, to stay in during the summers at the ranch on weekends, while we figured out a living situation. This camper is the easiest pulling camper we have ever owned, its so comfortable inside, well maintained, clean, room for so many things in the work area. The only thing needing mending or fixed would be the awning it was frayed when we purchased the camper but we never used it so it is still the same, the price is negotiable.
