PRICE REDUCED TO SELL!!! 2012 in great condition with low mileage--has been driven mostly between PDX metro area and central Oregon Coast. We bought it slightly used and have thoroughly enjoyed this coach, but our needs are different now and we downsized to a small towable. Regular maintenance and preventive care (e.g., roof sealing) and a brand new step unit was installed in November 2022. The interior is in good condition with some normal wear and tear from 10 years of camping use. The driver's seat has some scratches on the upholstery (see photo), but everything works, and it is still in overall great condition for a 12 year-old-coach. Electronic leveling jack, and tons of basement/outside storage.
