Automatic 4 pt hydraulic levelers. Porchlight and electrical step. Insulated luggage doors with gas lift strut support. Exterior shower. Lots of extra-long luggage storage.

Slider windows with day/nightshades. Two small exterior awnings over driver-side windows. (Removed large 14' passenger side awning, due to deterioration of 20-year-old vinyl.)

Husband had all new Pex water lines installed in 2018; also resealed shower walls; flushed out the black-water tank and resealed tank drain; installed new sewer cap and sewer hose. Now, husband has passed and I'm not interested in RV'ing so it's up for sale.

Regular oil changes and maintenance done. It's been winterized and stored since 2018. However, the left hydraulic needs to be replaced, there is a pinhole leak in it. This hydraulic hose is used to put the leveling feet down--since the feet don't go down the slide-out won't work because the rig isn't balanced. Estimated hose replacement is $400 from a shop that does hydraulic hoses on big rigs. Has old water stains on ceiling. Small dent on back bumper, loose back ladder and front awning has been removed. Otherwise, it's in great shape. All original. Very nice and very clean!

***Will need cash, bank transfer or verifiable form of pmt.***I can hand you the keys and title once the bank gives me the 'lien release/bank payoff'.***So you'll be paying off the bank loan and paying me the remainder. That's why I'm staying in the deal--the RV has equity---we bought it for $35k and paid most of the loan off.

Only serious buyers pls. Buyers have been saying they can't get loans for 20 year old RV's, so get your money lined up, I can't take pmts, nor trades, must pay off loan in full before you take keys/title.
