*** AVAILABLE BY Early Fall/September ***
Will post on this site the exact days and times it will be available for viewing. Not able to do 'personal showings', sorry. There are a few things that I was going to fix, but haven't had the chance, so willing to sell 'AS IS' at a slightly lower price.

9/1/19 Did $400+ routine maintenance: oil change; tires inflated; headlight & blinkers & sidelights all working/new bulbs; generator maintenance; auxiliary batteries charged; complete greasing.
10/2018 paid $3,300 for all new water lines with Pex fittings; lubed slide-out; resealed shower walls; flushed out black-water tank and resealed tank drain; installed new sewer cap and sewer hose, plus regular winterization still intact. (by Metcalf Service Center, Forest Lake. Have work order receipt.)
It was my late husband's RV. We didn't use it, rather his 20-40 y.o. kids used it for a two-week camping trips these last few years. Looking to down size all these extra things that need storage and regular maintenance.
Repairs need for: roof leak near the driver's seat and a hydraulic hose leak. Because it's a hydraulic hose that lowers the leveling feet, now that the feet can't lower, the slide out won't work. The feet need to be lowered for the slide out to work safely. Estimate to replace the hose is about $400 and roof vents are about $100 for two (not sure which one leaks.)
So if you're interested in doing the fixes for the new price of $14,500 then send me an email and let me know. I'll make sure you're notified of when it's available in Sept.
The bank loan needs to be paid off, so the price needs to $14,500 FIRM. Can't hold it for anyone. Buyer must have the funds it to be taken off the market. No individual test drives, that's been too risky. I'll start it and drive it, but only for serious buyers with proof of funds (like a bank statement or cash or cashier's check made payable to the bank.)
So if you want the keys in hand--you must be able to meet in-person at the bank in St. Paul to pay off the bank loan and get a new title that I can sign and you must sign/bring insurance info for. DMV has really long lines nowdays. So be prepared to be patient. I have to bring my Personal Rep. papers to transfer the title to you at DMV. Or you can do the paperwork by mail with my attorney for $300 and he will securely handle the funds transfer and the DVM paperwork.
