2009 Fleetwood Discovery 40G for sale by Owner - Val-d'or, QC

We are selling the RV because our kids are now at the point that they don’t wish to go camping so much anymore and we have taken the hard decision to end our camping career….lol. It has been very well maintained and upgraded since I have purchased it. I am the second owner and this is a non-smoker RV. RV has always been stored in a heated warehouse during winter and before this it was located in the southern United States. No accidents.
This 41-foot Fleetwood Discovery 40G RV rolls on a Freightliner chassis with a 350HP Cummins engine that has a complete new turbo, and 6-speed automatic Allison transmission. The 8000W Onan generator will power everything up and has been serviced in August 2021. Full side slide out on passenger side and about one third side slide out on driver side which when fully opened gives a new meaning to huge. King size bed, bunk beds with each a flip up TV monitor, washer/dryer combo, stand alone standing shower, porcelain toilet, microwave/convection oven combo, full size fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, Corian counter tops, Dirt Devil vacuum system, U-shaped dinette booth (converts into bed), sofa bed, all windows have been serviced and resealed, all new window blinds, new front curtain, power sun visors, new front fans, front seats upholstered this year to new condition, new LED ceiling lights, new cargo and utility lights, new Pioneer Radio with Carplay and improved viewing with exterior cameras (rear and side mirror cameras), 6 flatscreen TVs total with one exterior, new Satellite InMotion system, new remote controlled GoLight mounted on roof, new door and main awnings with LEDs and wind sensor, full outdoor kitchenette with sink and fridge (very awesome option that makes camping life that much more easier), 4 new coach batteries, engine batteries in excellent condition with one new, Michelin tires in very good condition, one piece windshield, new wipers, inverter/converter, solar panel, 2 air conditioning units, automatic leveling system, roof in excellent condition, RV has no leaks, sealant redone this year, 2 inch 10000lbs+ hitch… Everything works fine now back from our recent summer vacation in the Sates. Many items that I have purchased along the way could also be included in this sale….water and sewer hoses, many new spare parts, brand new awning shade protection, exterior floor mats, etc….
