We purchased the coach in 2015 and have driven to Florida 4 times and lived in the coach for 6 mo.at a time. We have purchased a permanent place there and no longer need the coach. We are retired and are condencing our toy inventory! This is Glamping at it's finest! Great for a family with children or a retired couple or someone who just wants a fun vehicle to travel in.It boasts 3 TV's,2 DVD/TV's in the bunk bed area, dashCD player/radio. The kitchen is a dream for the chef. Double stainless sink with plenty of counter space to prepare meals. The 3 burner LP stove has a stainless cover for more food prep space, plus oven. My favorite is the microwave/convection oven! Cook and bake without heating up the coach. 3yr old Dometic refridgerator and freezer that runs on electric and converts to LP for dry camping and driving down the road. Plenty of storage for the cook! Beautiful wood cabinets, pantry and spice cabinet . The dining area has storage under the seats with storage above and storage above the air mattress sleeper sofa and converts to a sleeping area. Due to manufactures defect the sofa and both driver and passenger seats have some wear. We had the driver and passenger seat sitting area recovered last fall and have a roll of the fabric left over for recovering. Both are mechanically sound and swivel to the main salon for extra seating. They also lay back with foot rests. We had a special removable barrier made to finish the look of the dash and to keep pets out from under the dash. The bunk beds have curtains for privacyand DVD/TV's in each. We are musicians and used the area for our equipment and office. The bath is private with a spacious glass enclosed shower, toilet, sink and vanity with storage underneath. The medicine cabinet has a large mirror door. In the bedroom we have a special made and very comfortable king size bed. There is a large closet that has hook up for washer and dryer, although we never used it .The vanity has 3 large drawers and another TV. There is plenty of storage above and under the bed, The hall and bedroom are carpeted with the main salon and bath having vinyl flooring . This is a non smoker coach! The Ford V10 Trinton engine has a special steering stabilizer that we added to help driving on windy days and engine braking feature. Only 20444 miles! There is a back up camera in the dash and side cameras on the heated power mirrors. New Michlin tires (3000 miles on them) plus a spare Power gear levelers ,new exterior step motor,3 new batteries in 2017 20 gallon propane tank ,85 gallon fresh water tank.6 gallon water heater. Onan generator ,all water hoses and water regulator for hook up plus sewer hoses too. Voltage surge protector Black water tank chemicals.Tire cover protectors for sun. Out side manual patio awning with a small wind tear. Awnings on all slide outs there is cavernous storage below in the " basement" with 4 large pass throughs 1 in front and 1 in back. Roof and AC are in great shape! AC kept us very comfortable in the Florida heat and the heater kept us warm on the cool nights. Exterior colors are white, black and silver. We keep it washed and rain-x several times a year. There is no oxidation. The engine oil and generator oil are changed serviced every 3000 miles. We have maintained this coach extremely well. There is plug in wiring for towing a trailer and blue ox for car towing. The title is clean and we have never had an accident. This is a solid coach and is fun to drive to enjoy the country. We hate to sell but as I said we need to downsize our toys!
