Bought the new 40E on the last day of 2016, the coach exterior is beautiful, up to date look. The storage is adequate, the motorhome runs great and give you a feel of good quality.

The first trip out, drove it 1100 miles to Texas, ran great and the bath and a half really makes a difference if you are a couple. The big issue happen when we got ready to leave, the king sized bed is situated across the coach and must be raised by an electrical system before you can put it the full wall slide. The heavy metal bedframe needed to accomplish this is too heavy for the basic plywood that the supports are attached to and broke the wood and ruined the metal tracking.
3 hours later, had the bed disassembled and called Fleetwood to figure out how to rig the safety feature so we could put the slide in. Its in the shop for a full replacement, hope they beef up the support for this heavy bedframe movement.

Also dont care for the instant hot water as it just takes too long to get hot. Dealer will look at this. The master shower water pressure is also poor, not sure whether it is a head problem or other.

Don't buy a fleet wood. Bought new with warranty has been in service 3 times in 3 months due to manufacturing poor quality. Broke down and stranded for over 4 hours they did compensate a little over cost. Freezer full of groceries list. Combowasher/dryer installed in error. Floor tiles coming up. Leaks in slides. Seals in slidesbreaking service dept doing fantastic job in cleaning up fleetwoods poor manufacturing. Poor reputation. Would not recommend nor purchase another. Hot water device had to be replaced terrible gaulity of product

This machine has been my AMERICAN NIGHTMARE, not the American Dream. On the outside, quality looks good, but I don't believe that they have a QC team. Too many problems with Hydraulics, cameras, awnings, and slides. Warranty service stinks. Mine is still in the shop after 2 1/2 months to fix the initial shakeout problems. It appears that Fleetwood takes the stance that your RV is a luxury item, and that you can wait to get warranty work and parts. new production and sales 1st and screw the warranty claims

Purchased this coach new in October. Absolutely LOVE the floor plan. Every aspect is user friendly. It drives like a dream and is easy to set up.
The quality of workmanship inside and out is superior. The finishes are beautiful. This is our full time home so we were picky with this purchase and chose the right coach for us.

Will not recommend this home-had 46 safety & manufactured defects, evidence of poor quality control & work integrity. Made numerous return trips to dealership, one to REV RV GROUP in TX, & one to Ford dealership. FLEETWOOD did reimburse us for some gas costs & everything was covered under the warranty. But is was frustrating worrying about what would happen next.

I purchased this motorhome on October 17, 2016. as I traveled with it back to south Georgia, I started getting a low battery readings about 2 hours into the trip. No battery charging was occurring. When I got home, the coach would not crank to charge even the cranking batteries. Got the diesel batteries charged after some professional help along with replacing a freightliner cable. Got the Coach to a Campers Inn 87 miles away. It is now March 11, 2017, and I am making payments, paying insurance on a new coach that is "messed up so that the dealership folks are calling Fleetwood for assistance (more than once). This is pitiful!

New at dealership, cosmetically attractive. After purchase, a nightmare!!! Crown molding fell off , six times and counting! Pix frames falling off! Rear view camera inop! No hot water! Bath/ kitchen fixtures fail!!! Dealer installed basement heaters inop! Inverter trips with no,load applied! Slide failure to operate!!!! Overall disappointment! Quality is not even up to substandard! Check engine lights AND don't expect the dealer to fix,, you need to go to freightliner! you can't get any kind of responsive repairs! Shops are all booked months out and they don't provide any kind of customer support to speak of!!!!!! I perfectly understand these rv s are a house on wheels but dont you think for this kind of money some kind of engineering would have went into the design to withstand a road trip and to expect some kind of acceptable level of functionality! Buyer beware! Very disappointed and anxiously awaiting the next failure excitement!!!! Seriously considering a legal action to resolve this mess!!!

Brought this coach in August 2016 and it is now June 2017 and have NOT been able to take one trip without something breaking or going wrong with this unit. Fleetwood has been fairly good on repairs but why should they have to if they would have spent a little quality control when building it. I mean they install a washer/dryer unit and don't even make sure it is vented outside? Just jam it in and fasten down.. They have replaced the microwave/convention oven, stove top unit and the fridge along with the water heater. When they pulled the microwave out the bracket on the wall was not even close to being level. We also asked Fleetwood to buy back the unit and no they would not. Less than 10,000 miles on the unit. Going back to factory next week for more problems..

I have had this almost 2 years. I love it.
I initially had a few warranty issues. One was the windshield leaked and one was the heater didn't work. Anything that has gone wrong has been quickly repaired at my local dealer. They have been great about everything that I bring up and are quick to take care of me when I need routine service. Of course the lifetime warranty is one of the reasons I bought from fleetwood. I bought the bath and a 1/2 and love it. It drives very well and tows well too. lots of storage. Well worth the money. Took a 7000 mile trip to Montana and all over and had no issues with it.

Almost a complete redesign of the Bounder for 2016, and a top seller for Fleetwood. However, because they are pushing so many out the door in Decatur, Ind. Fleetwood\'s quality control leaves very much to be desired.
My brand new 2016 roof leaked in three places, cabinet doors opened too easily while moving so had to resort to using bungee cords, kitchen sink leaked because drain pipe fitting wasn\'t tightened at factory. Flooded kitchen area, drained into basement onto inverter causing lights to flicker for two weeks. No heat reached rear bathroom caused by a crushed duct underneath bed, half bath door had to be reentered because it was hard to open.
Seems many buyers of new Bounder are excited to drive then back to the Indiana Service Center to have discrepancies fixed under warranty. Ask yourself: Why wasn\'t broken items done correctly at the factory in the first place? For the money they ask for these rigs, is the RV life really worth it?
Don\'t violate the cardinal rule purchasing an RV..Never buy new!

We have lived in our RV full-time since Jan. 2016. We love it. We bought this brand new and are happy that we did. The first couple of months we went through our shake down period which we weren't surprised about and don't really find fault with the manufacturer. These aren't cars. These are homes or boats that require a little living, some driving, and some time to see where the bugs are and then work them out. Fleetwood and General RV were great to work with and I have zero complaints. We know that there are bigger, higher quality RVs out there. But for the money, we have found exceptional value and I believe that most of it comes down to proper expectations. This doesn't drive like a diesel. BUT, when you have some weight in it, it drives great. You can see updates from us on our youtube channel Cruzntogether.

Sixteen problems when purchased the worst of which was a leaking hydraulic hose in the leveling system. Almost everything one could want is included. Very noisy engine (a sound deadening package would be a help.) Getting the XM radio to work is a bear. It needs a factory roof mounted XM antenna. Front TV is a waste. Bathroom is very small but works. We replaced the recliner with a real recliner that came from Camping World. But all new coaches have some issues. Lots of technology and if purchased as a leftover - at $90K - it is a good deal. We had to spend $600 for alignment issues at the local truck alignment shop. I would think heavy duty sway bars and a steering stabilizer are needed but it is OK on the road.

We moved to a this Class A from a Thor class C, and we're disappointed with the quality control. The shower leaked because it lacked caulking. The recliner had no attachment at the floor. On our first trip, the windshield wipers failed in a storm in the mountains. The windshield leaks. The generator is unreliable at high temps ( not uncommon, we now know.). Worst, the AC in the dash does not work. Ford says it's a leaky valve but claims it's a Fleetwood part, not Ford'. Have been on. 4000 mile trip this summer with no AC up front! We use the generator to run the house AC, but the generator cuts if after a period of time. On the positive side, the 32v is a great floorplan. Lots of storage, incl 2 large closets and ample overhead cabinets. Considering a trade, but wondering what deficiencies the next one might have! It appears this keeps local dealers' service depts busy and profitable. What business are they in, anyway?

We love are Fleetwood Flair 31W! Before buying we thoroughly researched Winnebago Vista LX 27X, Itasca Sunstar, Forest River FR3, Fleetwood Flair 29T and the 31W. We fell in love with the layout and the numerous extra options in the 31W. Huge storage throughout this RV with full basement storage. A real porcelain toilet with water sprayer. Three tv's with an outdoor entertainment system. Two a/c's with two zones. Automatic hydraulic leveling system. Large holding and fresh water tanks. Electric down drop queen bed above the cockpit. Electric powered front shade. Onan 5.5 kw generator. Rear camera, also side view camera's when directionals are used. Cruise control on the steering wheel. Convection microwave oven. Awnings over all slide outs. Powered awning that has LED lights on the full length of awning. There are to many options to list on this Class A RV. The only things we don't like about the 31W is the rugs on the front cockpit area. It is only in the cab area. I wish the tile floor went all the way to front on the cab. It has a small bathroom and shower area. Wish it had a full size fridge and freezer. No navigation on screen. Other than those minor things that we wish it had, we truly love this RV!!!

We have only had our rv for a few months and have not used it much. Had a problem with it starting, turns out all 3 batteries were junk! They were replaced right away. It is roomy and comfortable. I will be replacing the springy mattress though! The undercarriage storage is more than adequate. I love the entry pantry cabinet. The back up cameras and screen are worthless. We spoke with the place where we bought the rv and they said that there are complaints but no fix. The screen is placed low ar the dashl and tilted down. Not visible at all! I will be writing to fleetwood.

We bought this model in July of 2016. Our first trip to Montana, we started to smell smoke. Traced the smoke to the microwave. Discontinued using it for the remainder of the trip. The shower leaked from the bottom metal frame onto the floor. Their was metal shavings on the dash coming form the over head bed. (Was not used during trip.) We took it to a dealer in fife for repairs. Requested an upgrade to a better microwave at our cost and was told that was not possible. Repairs were made but very poor service department. Was told that when they pulled out the microwave they found charred wires. not sure how they made the repair? On our next trip to eastern Washington last week, the gas operated water heater and refrigerator did not work. Called dealer today for an appointment but have not heard from them yet. This must be the bottom of the line in the fleetwood models. Only 6,000+ miles on the coach and afraid to go on another trip. What next. Be aware there is no manual cranking device to bring in the slide in case of a failure. Did not know this at the time of purchased. Do not buy this model. Spend the extra money for a better coach. Both our trips ruined....forgot to mention the back up camera failed.

Overall we like this motorhome and realize it is a base level class A. The things we like most about it:
Cabinets, layout, full body paint, upholstery and the appliances work good overall

The things we that need improvement are the Plumbing, mattress, handling & ride. I wish fleetwood would have included a convection microwave.

I have owned my Storm for aproximately 6 months and have been overall very pleased with it. It is the biggest bang for the buck when you compair it to all the others in its class and price range. Almost all of the other brands don't come standard with full body paint which makes it look like a much more expensive coach. The size is great for 2-4 people although I have had up to 6 and it wasn't bad at all. The towing is adequate and I added a 5 star tunner that made a world of difference correcting the power band and irritating shift points. The air conditioner, gen set, heater etc all perform above average.

We purchased the Expedition 38K new in March 2016 to drive to Alaska for summer. There were 8 items the dealer was to repair upon final walk thru which took until late May when they released it to us. From Day 1 this RV is one major lemon!!

We had to return the RV to the factory in March of 2017 for repairs that would meet our satisfaction. We had 23 pages of repair items as follows:

Standing water in the inverter box from road spray and rain. Rubber seals around slides did not seal. Hood on driver side out of alignment. Large slide on driver side did not fit flush on retraction. Refrigerator did not have door latch. Windshield leaks which caused dash padding to soak up water. Dash padding tacks were coming out. No Sound barrier between back of TV and bathroom wall (design flaw). Rear bathroom sink did not drain. Shower did not drain. Shower door installed upside down. Large bathroom sink cabinet doors were warped. Trim fell off in small bathroom. Kitchen sink didn't drain. Road dust comes in under rear bathroom sink cabinet. So bad that in construction areas we had to wear masks. Pieces of trim behind driver fell off. Water pump ran constantly. Carpet binding was coming off. Headboard fell off. Bedroom valences were not aligned correctly. Water leak under kitchen sink baseboard. Trap and piping fell off from under the kitchen sink. Trim over refrigerator fell off. When using stove it scorched counter top. Microwave does not vent to outside - vents to roof and smoke detector (design flaw. Kitchen faucet leaks. Cabinet door over driver fell off onto driver while driving down interstate. Drawer under washer was so warped it would not shut. Washer/Dryer cabinet drawers are warped and don't close. The large slide roof had major water leaks so cabinet were warped and headliner had been soaked and now has mold and mildew. Dinette table not centered correctly. Table does not turn. Crack in fiberglass wall under bedroom slide. Paint blistering on large slide and lower wall due to slide rubbing and catching. Trim on outside of bathroom was broken off. Locks on outside compartments were broken. Bedroom wall on shower side was bowed and trim falling off. Washer and Dryer were not installed square and causing pressure on cabinet wall and door. Washer had major water leak. Metal plate behind driver seat was buckled and lifting. Water heater did not work on electric. Drawers under dinette did not latch. Road dust came in around bedroom slide. Window valences in large slide had been soaked by water from roof leaking. Wallpaper had water bubbles from leaking roof. Headliner had been soaked. Trim has been soaked and was split and warped. Road dust comes in around large slide. When large slide is retracted road spray and rain comes in at bottom corners. Large slide rollers broke floor tiles. Awnings on all three slide are so loose that they collect water in large pockets. Rear jack retracted independently causing coach to drop. Jacks had loud popping noises when extending and retracting. Driver side slide catches on underneath compartments when in motion. Metal was broken off of top inside corner of large slide. Passenger seat leans to left.

This coach was driven back to the factory in March and was released to us the end of April.

We left in May for another vacation to Alaska with the intent to stay until October.

Needless to say that vacation was cut short because of problems with the RV that were suppose to be fixed and new issues.

They have again asked us to drive the coach out to the Indiana factory. I will also say that there has been no offer to offset any travel costs. Basically, if you want it fixed then bring it to the factory or live with it.

Items for this go round are:

There is still an enormous amount of dust coming in under the rear bathroom cabinet. The washer and Dryer do not work. The washer/dryer cabinet doors are still warped and do not shut. The headboard fell off. The bedroom window valences were not aligned. There is no hot water in kitchen. The kitchen faucet still leaks. The water pump runs constantly. There is still a water leak under the baseboard of the kitchen cabinet. The large slide no longer fits flush when retracted. Road dust comes in around the large slide. The windshield leaks in the same spot. The tacks on the dashboard are popping up again. The hood on driver side is out of alignment again. The dinette was moved but too far the other direction and can't lower past cushions.

Now the roof on the kitchen slide leaks. The trim is warped and split. The inside of the cabinets, cabinets and headliner have all been wet and collected water. Water pools on top of the kitchen slide and when moving pours down on passenger seat. The bedroom slide roof leaks. After a wet foam mattress we keep plastic bags taped to the roof. The cabinets and headliner have collected water. Trim is warped and split. The kitchen fan does not work. The refrigerator was removed and when reinstalled was not plugged in. It is now missing the shelf rail in the freezer. The TV antenna knob just fell off so antenna is non operational.

We have had 5 RVs prior to this one so were expecting some minor problems. But these problems go way beyond minor. Not one of our other RVs ever had a leaking roof but have leaking roofs on all three slide. The canvas awnings serve no purpose.

There is no Quality of Workmanship or Craftmanship and certainly no pride in producing their product. Really, not to think to plug the fridge back in. What really frosted me was the service manager insisted and assured us that the fridge was working when it left the factory. $800 later after trying the problem the repair shop checked the plug.

Would we purchase another Fleetwood product or would we recommend Fleetwood to others. NO. We show dogs and are frequently asked at the shows and in the campgrounds about our RV and I am delighted to start with the list above.

I have sent two letters to the Fleetwood VP detailing the issues with this coach and not a word back other than a lady calling we had to bring it back to the factory.

At this point I just want to get rid of this RV. Two miserable vacations cut short and something we can't use the majority of the time. Lemon, lemon, lemon and just a very poor product from Fleetwood.

After towing 2 different pop-up tent trailers, then 2 different travel trailers, we moved up to a 43'Beaver Patriot Thunder. One huge headache from day 1. After 3 years, I couldn't wait to rid myself of that lemon! This Fleetwood Expedition has been an extremely pleasing experience from day one.
Sure, we had new coach issues, as everyone does. But the overall quality of the coach and the support from Fleetwood has been truly superior. There are some comments I should make though.
I didn't like the standard, silly, useless L-shaped couch. Totally unacceptable for watching TV at mid-coach. So I replaced it with a dual over-stuffed recliner set. Soooooo much better! And I don't know who wired the stereo/satellite system initially, but we had to have that nearly completely replaced... under warranty, of course.
But it handles well, has great appliances (including the washer/dryer and has been just wonderful for me and my wife as full-timers. Too bad they stopped making the Expedition. Great coach! Buy a used one if you can.

HORRIBLE! DONT BUY ONE. I bought a brand new 37r from my local dealer. From day one I have had nothing but problems with it. Sure it had some little quirks with it like every Motorhome will. I know you are rolling down the road shaking the pieces out of these things, but this went way deeper than that. We had a smell coming inside the coach that smelled like engine burning, or exhaust or something from the engine compartment. When we drove it, it would give us bad headaches and make us a little nauseous. I took it in to the dealer and they could not find anything. I took another trip and same things happened. So back to the dealer. ( mind you it has now been in the shop about 15 times) they found about 30 cracks, holes, areas where the wood was not tight or where things did not align up properly so they foamed it all with expanding spray foam. They went overboard. I removed the wood cover over my water heater. All the water lines were now encased in foam. Half of my water heater was covered in foam. That's what the manufacture told the dealer to do. Guess what, it did not solve the problem. Back and forth to the dealer countless times. Finally fleetwood said we will bring it back to the manufacture and work on it. So they did. Put another 3000 miles on the coach and spent three weeks back there. I now have 11,000 miles on the coach and have only taken 5 trips in it.
They said they tore out the whole master bedroom and replaced the floor. They drove it back out to me and said it was all fixed.... (Wrong). Still did the very same thing. I was pissed. Let me point out at this point, this is just one items I have been dealing with. There are countless other things going wrong with the coach simultaneously. Just to name a few. First trip out it started raining, the wipers would not work. But when it quit raining they would work again. I finally fiqured out that water from the road was coming up over the wheel well and into the electrical panel compartment behind the wheel well and shorting out the wipers. Many hours later and countless tubes of caulking that one was fixed.
I had door frames falling apart from the ceiling so doors would not close, I had no heat out of the front dashboard. I had no heat in the master bedroom or bathroom (found out they smashed the duct work when installed. ) I had outlets pulling out of the walls. I had very low hot water pressure and they could not tell me why. They just said that is normal. (So normal I could not shower because the water would just trickle down the shower faucet, right. ) Again after many trips and many hours they found it had a bad water mixing valve. (Can you say LEMON). Oh no don't say it yet. It gets worse...... On top of about 20 other things going wrong with the inside of the coach. I decide to go to Vegas. I get two hours down the road, the whole time I could smell a very strong smell and it continued getting worse. I finally considered turning around because my wife was now on the couch sick as a dog, massive headache and I myself was nauseous and also had a headache when I had someone signal to me to pull over. When I did I went outside to the engine compartment and I had diesel fuel pouring out on the ground and had been spraying my tow vehicle for the last two hours. Everything was covered. I called the manufacture and they told me to tow it to the nearest dealer and have it fixed. End of vacation again. It spent yet another week in the shop to find out that the fuel injector on cylinder number 1 had broken off. And of coarse it was a recalled part but they don't feel it is important to warn people about it. They will just fix it as they break. Amazing... Anyway. Back to the next and final trip in this Motorhome for me. I went up to see our daughter in Another state, and spent the first night there and on the second night at 1:30 am the carbon monoxide detector goes off. It scares the living crap out of me. I get up and feel sick and a little dizzy. I open up the windows and door to air it out. Finally after about ten minutes the alarm quits chirping. I was so mad at this point I knew I was done. The next day I went in to a dealership where I was at and found a new coach that I really liked. It is a tiffin 40 qbh. Have heard nothing but fabulous things about the quality of tiffin and the support you get. I traded in my old Fleetwood and drove home in the new coach. What a difference to finally be in a unit that is quality built.
I would like you to note that all through this process I was in contact with the manufacture and not once did they say, hey I am real sorry, I think you might of got a lemon, let's replace it with another coach. Not once did they offer to help out with expenses incurred from all the mishaps. I spent 200,000 on the coach and have made payments of 2000.00 a month for a year now. That's 24,000 dollars plus the loss of the trade in because fleetwood would drag their feet and not do anything for me I lost another 40,000 in the trade. So I have lost over 64,000 dollars on a coach I have not been able to take out once without some major problems that ruined each trip. I finally called fleetwood and told them that I traded in the old 37r and bought a different brand and they seemed to care less. I know I am just one person to many millions of buyers for them. And I am sure they are happy to have me gone. But with the use of media like it is today. My one review will hopefully affect thousands as they consider what to buy when it comes to a new rv. Fleetwood should be excluded from your list. There is no customer service!!! I fully expected fleetwood to stand up for what they sell, I had a very bad unit, I expected fleetwood to buy it back from me and let me chose another coach. At the time I would have been happy to just swap it out with another new coach. But they chose not to go that route. Instead they would just keep blowing me off until I would go away. Well they got part of it right. I went away but I am not gone. I will forever more tell people at every rally I go to and every person I see and talk to about rv's the experiences that I had with fleetwood. I am not a vindictive person but if that is the way they are going to treat their customers then I want people to know about it. It's never to late to make this right Fleetwood........just saying

P.s. I keep thinking of things that were wrong with the unit. There were so many things that I start to forget them over time...I wished I could add pictures to this review. Pictures are worth a thousand words and they would speak volumes for this coach. Some of each of these things contributed to a ruined vacation every single time we went out. And mind you at a cost of many thousands of dollars with time off work, time in shops getting things fixed, non refundable helicopter trips to the bottom of the Grand Canyon that you missed because your Motorhome is sitting on the side of the freeway broken down again....it's not worth it.

No hot water could not shower whole trip (several trips. Kept saying it was fixed when it was not)
Water mixing valve inop
Outlets falling out of place
No heat on dashboard
Water into electrical panel compartment
Electric cord reel broken. Would not stop winding up.
Front rock guard peeling off
Fuel injector broken off ( engine about to catch fire)
Wipers not working
Outside compartment doors flying open during travel on freeway (scary)
Kinked power steering hose ( from the manufacture)
Squeaky brakes since ownership
Delaminated windshield
Faulty water heater fuel valve
Leaky pipes at water heater
Smell from engine compartment
Cracks, holes, openings for smell to come through
Sun bleached led lighting on front of coach
Smokey generator
Air leak in man door and one window (air whistling while driving)
Steering wheel cover latch broken
Microwave squeaking so loud. Had fixed at factory. Came back worse
No heat into bedroom and bathroom (smashed duct work )
No heat under dash on drivers side
Bathroom window seal came apart. Would not seal. Forgot to fix at factory
I know there are more things I just can not remember them at this moment.

Do yourself a favor and take it from someone who has learned the hard way. Don't do it. Save yourself the pain and agony and your hard earned dollars and do some research. You will come up with a better solution. My question is why do companies act this way.....it used to be because they can.. But not anymore. I have seen social media close companies down. That's not my intent here but I would like to see something done. And if word continues to spread it will reach the majority of the Masses and things will change for the better or they will have to close down. Had that carbon monoxide detector not gone off. I would not be here writing this letter to you. I would be dead and not one thing would change.

My wife and I have been very happy with our 37R. The longest we stayed in it was 28 days and it proved to be very roomy/comfortable. The memory foam King mattress is great sleeping and right next to the bed was a receptacle to plug in my cpap machine. At 6 ft, 272 lbs there was no problem with taking a shower or using the toilet. and when you are my size you have to worry about that. Although I did change out the round toilet to an oval one for my comfort.
We traveled to California in 2016 while towing my 4x4 F150 pickup and the Rockies gave us no problem. I was told that I would like the 380 hp in lieu of the 360, and believe me when I tell you I was very happy with the power and the torque.
We literally have no complaints with our motor home. I was told that the Discovery 37R is the most popular motor home design and you only have to do a search for a used one to find out how true that really is.

I've had to RVS at Forty Foot this was my first one at 38 foot and maneuverability on this 38-foot was far better. I would never have thought it would make a difference but it did specially in state parks with lots of trees. Towed my pickup truck behind it to California, and had no trouble at all in the Rocky Mountains. The 380 horsepower diesel is so much better than the 360 you wouldn't think that would make a difference but it definitely does the discovery 37r has all the amenities you could ask for. This was our first one with a washer and dryer and my wife love that since we spent 3 weeks in Florida personally I enjoyed the outside television and radio. Of course the king bed was very nice also

I love the rv floor plan but we have have too many issues for this new coach. Not happy with some cheap fixes from fleet wood. Always something falling apart or leaking. Was in dealer 3 months not even 4 months old slide out issues and flooring torn up and now black water tanks leaking!! Under neath. So sad. It's really a nice looking unit, not sure that I will ever buy another motorhome. Prob going for the beach condo next.

More issues every time we turn around. Had to leave our vacation and return home raw sewage coming out on the ground. Nasty crap smelled up the campground. And the camper!! Fleetwood. Got a bad review from hundreds of campers. Calling dealer tomorrow as you see my other post they had my coach for 3 months. We only have 5,000 miles on it!!!! Really embarrassed to say I owe one!! Come on fleetwood. Work on quality. Not quantity !!!

I'm very pleased with the appearance, floor plan, storage and handling of the Bounder 35k. The Ford V-10 power plant provides adequate power even when pulling a Mini Countryman on an aluminum car hauler.

We have had some warranty repairs though not major in nature. The slide out rollers do mar the floor. Placing a carpet square under the rollers solves the problem. I wish I had gotten the heavier frame unit to give greater towing/ hauling ability.

I would buy again.

Went to bike week and smelled crap so bad had to leave
Camp ! Got coach in today 3 weeks waiting!!! and plumbing valve under coach is bad and came out no access to repair ? Crap is all over bottom of our coach !!! Fleetwood never cut access panel in so now all slides have to come out to repair. And it's 2015 w 5000 miles on it?? Poor quality
In fleetwood I will never by another one!!shame on you fleetwood
People do see your issues with your campers!!! Of course it's
Just off warranty.!! Good thing I bought extended warranty!! Never trust fleetwood. They should be letting us use a loaner coach!!

Great RV, rides like a dream, lots of room inside and lots of storage space outside. Love the Cummins power, take hills with ease. Not too bad on fuel. The kitchen is like being at home, especially with the full size fridge. The wife loves the reclining passenger seat. Only changes I would make, is instead of a regular sofa, I would make it a recliner sofa, and the rear tail pipe makes it difficult turning when pulling a trailer. would shorten it a little.

The floor plan is great. lots of room for traveling. But that's all I can say good about it. The quality is very poor. We have nothing but problems since purchase. Walls buckling trim falling off. Water leaks, electrical problems,
worst of all is the handling. Its all over the road. The dealer tells us to add steering stablizers, track bars and a 5 star tune. Its 5 months old and put another 1500 in it to make it safe to drive. Wish I would of never seen the thing.

We purchased a fleet wood Southwind in Feb 2015. The most expensive purchase for us (other than our house), we took it off the lot and had problem after problem. Most of which were from lack of a proper pre-delivery inspection. The most concerning is the steering problems that we have had and are continuing to have and NO-ONE is taking ownership of it. The dealer wouldn't look at it and pushed us to fleet wood who in turn pushed us to ford. THey couldn't get it into the shop, so we took it elsewhere as we bought the unit to camp and travel not sit at ford waiting for them. It was some what fixed, but not to the standard that one would expect. So, after much consideration we were going to get air bags installed to fix the sway. We took it in today for an estimate and found out that there is no rear sway bar on the unit, where there should be one. We have contacted the dealer who again pushed us to fleet wood who again pushed us to ford, who has now told us that all the units come off the assembly line with front and rear sway bars. IS this their way of telling us we took it off? How is it that something that is pretty important to the safety of the occupants as well as the safety of other motorists just passed off? If none of the above mentioned are responsible who is?
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! And Disappointing, what ever happened to customer service? More companies need to study Four Seasons hotel chains practices and start making changes.

For the money this is an outstanding value as a Diesel Pusher, there isn't much to want for as most of it is included.
The 300HP motor is a tad under powered and it's unfortunate the transmission doesn't allow for a engine update to maybe 340HP which this motor is more than capable of handling.
The skimpy 1 year warranty and lack of dealer support makes buying any RV a hit or miss deal, and worse yet if you didn't buy where your trying to have repairs done, warranty or not.
Minor issues that could be major, several leaks found, this stuff is amazing, cars don't leak, house don't leak especially if new, simple things failing, lights not working, crappy assembly lack of detail for something that cost 135K+.
Get it that Fleetwood does not make the reefers, but they do install them, they do build the body, and they do put it all together.
For us, we're out of the game, way to much effort for something that cost so much money.
If you're buying a RV, regardless of make, prepare for the issues, some easliy fixed others not so much.
Otherwise the 33D and Fleetwood make a sweet looking Coach, it's just to bad it requires effort to enjoy them.

This is our third rv, first a large 5th wheel, next was a small class C. Now we have a 2015 Fleetwood Flair 26E. This is not a high end unit but we like it a lot.

It handles great, suspension does its job well.
It is a Ford V-10, power enough, don't expect a diesel pusher, it's not. Brakes well and holds a lane. Turning is great, it turns inside of the class C.

The best part is at this price it has an hyd. auto level system. Push a button and it happens. (auto level at this price is included hee hee)Three TV's O/S radio, elect steps loads of storage outside and inside. Three review cameras help change lanes. Side turn signals help also. A ladder to the roof is standard. All of the standard plugs are included ( cable, sat. blue tooth and two other plugs I don't know the names of)
It has a Queen foam mattress and two nightstands with 120 v plugs on both sides plus a walk way to the head of the bed on both sides(both sides, not one, both sides)
The bathroom is OK, med cab. vent and a water pump switch on the wall( don't have to leave the BR if pump is not on)

I do have a loud noise from over head that has to be corrected asap but overall we are happy with the Flair

We bought a 2015 Fleetwood Flair in May . We have owned other Rv's and for the money we paid for it compared to our the other Rv's we had the quality is poor. This includes at Fleetwood Southwind. For example the mattress has springs in compared to our units which good quality foam mattresses. The pull down blinds are of poor quality. There is very little counter space in the galley. The stove has no cover on other units we had and I used for it a work space. The recliner chair is useless, for the space is limited when the slider is out. The cover for the storage under the eating area is rough plywood and one time I almost ripped the vinyl covers. Getting In and out of the bed is difficult for me because I am short and the bed is sitting high. Space between the bed and wall is smaller on one side than the other. No matter what RV we have had I find making the bed is difficult at the top of the bed.

Remember to check that the daylight running lights are connected. In Canada it is the law for these lights to be fully operational. When we first got the unit the lights were not connected. Also check for the year and the month the tires were made when buying the unit in Canada. The tire can not be older than five year age of the purchase date. This is Transport Canada regulations.

We have found the grey water tank is only 15 gallons so when we were dry camping we had to watch the level water closely. I bought a plastic pan to put in the sink so I could dispose of dish water outside.

What do I like about the unit. The view driving down the road from the passenger side window is great. On our most recent trip I saw things I had never seen before even though we had traveled the route many times. It is the right side unit for two people. The is lots of shortage space. We use the front passenger side outside shortage space for shoes. This storage space is right beside the door. The rear outside storage is great and easy to get at.

My husband said he is amazed how easy it is turn the unit in tight spaces. We can drive for approximately 1000 kilometres on a tank of fuel.( gas) . For us that means filling up once every two days. We live in Canada. The price of varies the cost of filling varies. On our recent trip we paid from 220 to 300 dollars filling up.

On our most recent trip the first day of our trip we had to wait for several hours in a ferry line up and have the big captain style driver and passenger seats made the waiting comfortable.

People have said how they like the colours and lines scheme of the unit.

We both like how the bath door opens out towards the living space creating a great private area. It allowed us at times not to have to close the blind on the front window.

I hope my comments have helped those thinking purchasing a Fleetwood Flair.

My wife and I enjoy this coach. Although we are considering another floor plan if you need to sleep 6 this is the coach for you.

The quality is very good although minor defects have been observed. Spring pushing out on the side of the sofa and cracked tile in rear hallway. Short in rear camera difficult to track down and fix. Still have not figured out how to have volume on the GPS without volume on the radio. Small piece of exterior trim fell off slide corner while driving. Fleetwood was very quick to paint to match and replace at dealer (AAA rating for service at dealer in Richmond, Va). Drivability is excellent although I would prefer less road noise at higher speeds. Towing the dolly with car handles very well and has pulled the car around barriers to my surprise when in a very tight spot!

We currently have approximately 7500 miles on her and so far only minor things needing adjustment or repair. Fuel usage is IMO better than what would be expected (360hp). Overall I would highly recommend Fleetwood for purchase.

We purchased this coach as a used motorhome. The original owner found it too big for his camping.
We love all aspects of this home, this is the seventh motorhome we have owned. On our first trip to Florida we had a clicking in our sewer pump and had a RV repair man fix it and check the rest of the home, he reset our refrigerator.
On our second trip down there all went well, when we left we could smell an odor, so we called a dealer and he found a crack in the smaller rest room. While down there we had the motor home undercoated to prevent animals from getting into it back at our home because we feed squirrels and try to get into everything and with we spent a lot of money to let them use as their home.

All of our trips were a pleasure, we towed a 2005 Jeep Liberty, for running around and truly loved our camping.

Both of our daughters have purchased homes and would rather have us stay with them. S we are selling our Bounder

we love the floorplan bath and half. lots of storage, built pretty sound. the plastic cable holder by slideout snapped in two, so now we have to manually hold it as slideout goes in or it will protrude and the cables will get caught by slideout. making a right turn you can feel the bounder making it, cabinets will pop out, the bounder seems to lean a lot during turns. if your using comcast or other tv company equip. you have to hit and miss wiring it up as the rv is pre-wired for sat tv. result wiring hanging out o/h driver side, and leave cab door open it gets hot where you place comcast hdr. the toilet in full bath is kinda high, like for someone 5'11. the bedroom is carpet. would have liked wood tiling, same as hump btwn driver and passg chair.

This motorhome is like living at home. You can't ask for anything better. Nice fireplace to keep you warm, no need to go to a laundromat when you have a washer and dryer in the motorhome. On nice days sitting outside watching TV or just listening to the radio. Plenty of room to entertain family and friends

We bought our 2014 Fleetwood Excursion 35C new in February 2014. We would definitely recommend it to a friend; in fact we have several times. After owning a towable, then a class C, and a smaller class A, this was a great improvement. It rides and handles very smoothly. If you can drive a car you can drive this. The only problem we had at the outset were the Goodyear tires, all six were from the same batch and were out of round. After a lengthy process (3 months) all 6 were replaced by the chassis manufacturer, freightliner, with new Michelin tires. Then we hit the road seriously. We have been on short and long trips, the national parks, visiting family, and just seeing the US some a week long a few over several months. It is hot in Tucson so we get out of town for the summer when possible. The coach has a lot more inside storage than any of the others in the same price range, one of the main reasons we bought it. It is just the two of us so we get to spread out and bring along everything we want and still only have to shop for groceries once a week. The residential fridge helps a lot with that. The drop down queen size bed is a great place for grandkids, they have their own “fort” but can watch the main TV and not be under foot, yet we can still keep and eye on them. The coach has pulled two different tow vehicles a CRV and a SMART car. The CRV is noticeable but does not cause any problems in mountains or when passing except you go about 5 mph slower on steep hills. The SMART car you don’t even know it is there. Speaking of mountains the Grapevine north of Los Angeles is kind of a test for mountain climbing for me. Our coach was towing the CRV and going up the Grapevine did go down to 45 mph but kept it with little effort and was even able to pass some of the slower traffic going up the hill. The exhaust brake was a godsend going down the Grapevine on the return leg. When engaged you just let off the accelerator and the coach slows quickly. Once you get into the rhythm of it you only have use your bakes to come to a complete stop, or of course in an emergency. It also is a lifesaver going downhill, when engaged you only have to use the brakes infrequently if at all. In the bedroom the main tall wardrobe provides lots of full length closet space. Its only drawback is you can’t access it when the bedroom slide is closed. I am over 6” so we had to extend the bed by using Styrofoam inserts at the head but that was an easy and inexpensive fix. All of the systems included work great, the jacks, charging/battery, generator, awning, etc. I bought a portable BBQ grill and it hooks into my LPG tank along with out portable fire pit. That way we don’t have to haul portable LPG bottles around. We did have a problem with a cable short on the generator after two years and 200+hours, which was inconvenient but was covered by the warranty and fixed on the same day we took it in. Despite all the rumors I have heard I have found the service excellent and reasonably priced. They go to great lengths to make sure everything is covered by the warranty except for annual service.

Researched a lot of diesel pusher RVs. I looked at older ones (07-10) and I looked at some newer ones too. So much has changed in the last 10yrs and I'm glad I got a 2014. Fleetwood has been around for a long time and knows how to make an RV. Brand new this coach is basically $200,000. Which is a good price point. They are junk like Thor, and they aren't too of the line like king air, prevost etc. Great value. Cummins/Allison combo.

We recently purchased our used Southwind with only 2,500 km on it.
We drove it 4,500 km from the dealership to our home which gave us a very good sense for it's pros and cons.
The decision was made based on the styling, floor plan, overall features and quality.
As with most (if not all) RV's there are things that needed warranty work.
The electric step motor, chassis heater blower, CO2 detector and chassis A/C refrigerant.
We actually went to Fleetwood's Service Centre in Decatur to have all the work done and our dealership covered the costs.
Fleetwood's Service Techs and the dealership were excellent from start to finish.
The RV has been a pleasure to drive, the layout is perfect for our lifestyle and we frequently receive compliments on the appearance.
The gas mileage is actually 15% better than our previous Class C with a Ford V10 which was an unexpected bonus.
We do have an issue with a humming sound coming from the Surge Guard Transfer Switch but haven't determined if it is normal or not.
Looking forward to a 3 month month trip this January.
Sorry to hear Fleetwood are not building the Southwind model in 2018.

I have been RVing for over 50 years and have had just about every size and type of RV. This one was a joy to use. My wife and both liked the interior layout and quality of the materials used in its construction. The full body paint was easy to care for and keep looking great. It also has an amazing amount of basement and pass through storage. The Ford V 10 engine had plenty of power to pull our toad over the highest mountain passes with no trouble at all. I never used warranty service so I cannot comment on that.

We've had this RV a year and a half and love it! We had a series of warrantee issues the first few months but all were covered and none were major. There is plenty of storage inside and out. There is lots of ground clearance which is important to us due to the pitch of our driveway that levels out onto the parking pad. The power, towing capacity and ride are great! Overall I rate this a ten out of ten for quality and value!

We've had this RV for a year and a half and love it. Following a few minor warrantee issues that were taken care of quickly, we have had no issues. The unit has a great deal of indoor and exterior storage and yet it still has fantastic clearance which helps on our steep driveway that levels off at the top. All in all, it is a great riding vehicle, very good quality and value!

We bought a 2014 fleetwood storn, used in Jan. 2016. In May we noticed a lot of vibration in the dash board. Eventually the dash board had to be held by a makeshift leg that we had to improvise being on a road trip. After investigating, we found out that the dash was only held by 4 little screews and a single brace. Soon, not only the dash loosen but the light switch broke and fell out, the control box for the rear camera also broke because of the excess vibration. We couldn't even charged our Gps because the plug falls out again because of the Vibration. The next thing to go was the generator switch. The air conditioner outlet fell out because the dash is now cracked in 6 places. The plastic covers for the overhead bead are also cracked. We called Fleetwood only for them to tell us that there was nothing wrong with their design and denied any responsability. The dealer's repair shop and our rxtended warranty people both tell us this should not hsve happen to a 2 year old coach. We have pictures to support all this and a $2,000 bill and yet Fleetwood will not assume responsibility. You may want to think twice before your next purchase and stay away from Fleetwood. They boast of being customer friendly. Not so. P.S our extended warranty that cost $4,230 more says thst ee are dealing with trim therefore not covered.

I would give this motorhome a solid 5 but being realistic it's not a Prevost BUT it is well planned and has had none of the problems I have experienced with other models Power set up is solid, batteries stay charged interior is spacious for 25 footers and more than adequate sleeping on the rear queen and the over-cab. It has power which is great with the v-10 triton and E-450 platform less weight
Handling is tight just a slight buffet as semi's pass not the big roll of a 30 ft or more
The pushout makes living space comfy and I do like sitting in the leather rocker once in a while. The awning is total electric no cranking and the outside entertainment is great.

This is my second Discovery (first was a used 1998). I view the Discovery as a top mid-level diesel pusher (just below the luxury models)and provides many upgraded features for the price. Had a few very minor problems after purchase and were readily addressed and fixed by the dealer. Fleetwood and Freightliner have provided excellent customer service, answering a number of questions since purchase. My 2013 model has multiple upgraded features: hardwood cabinets, polished porcelain floors, 3 a/c units, air horns, power cord reel, generator auto start, 2800 pure sine wave inverter, 6 6v house batteries, residential stainless refer, large water & holding tanks, 380hp Cummins engine, full paint with graphics, 4 Sony TV's, home theater system, exterior entertainment, in-motion satellite antenna, stacked washer/dryer, polished aluminum wheels, auto leveling, AM/FM/CD/Nav/Sat Stereo radio, Heated mirrors w/cameras/ Electric Main and Door Awning, slide out toppers, solid surface counters, power driver/passenger seats w/heat, huge full width storage w/1 90" slide out tray, etc. Many luxury features at a more affordable price.
Love the floor plan. Works well for us, especially when the grandkids spend the night.
It's easy to drive, easy to set up at destination, and has been a reliable motor home. I would/may buy another one.

The quality, performance, and living space of the Fleetwood Discovery 40X is excellent. The coach is built very well and compares above the quality of any 40 feet coach. We continues to get great comments on the external and interior workmanship. The freightliner chasis is above an chasis on the market with the 380 HP Cummins engine. The pulling power up and down hills are surprising even pulling a 6500 pound H2 Hummer.

Floor lifted and in for repair for 5 months, it was still on warranty, toilet back sprays when flushed, not enjoying the Davenport extra bed for the couch. There is not very good water pressure and now the on board water pump will not come on. One would think for the price they charge for these units they would install a stabilization system in the unit. It sure dips and doodles on the hiway.

Roof leaked causing curtains to stain, wet carpeting and wet dashboard. Kitchen plumbing leaked in cabinets and drawers. Heater vent panels on bottom of cabinets coming off because of stripped screws. Air conditioning vents in ceiling coming away from ceiling due to stripped screws. Sliding privacy doors between kitchen and bedroom were jammed and unable to use. Fiberglass shower walls and flooring were all coming apart and causing water to flood flooring. Gas tank filler neck was not supported properly and was unable to get fuel pump nozzle in to gas tank opening. Outside bay doors not properly latching. Etc, Etc, Etc. Most all items have been repaired under warranty but dealership had our RV for 8 months out of the first 12 months that we had it. Tried to hire a lawyer to get Fleetwood/Camping World to repurchase the RV but the big corporations out did us. I still have it today but haven't used it due to health reasons. Kind of afraid to take it out because each time something else goes wrong. Won't be getting anymore Fleetwood products. What an expensive lesson.

We purchased a 2013 33C three yrs. ago and are quite satisfied with the coach. The 33c has a great layout as far as it making it a home like setting. Our unit came pretty much "loaded" so amenities are at its best. We tow a jeep wrangler 4dr. and really it is like it is not even back there. Now as far as Fleetwood standing behind its product that in our experience was pretty good but there were times I remember having to put my foot down on some issues... but I think that was personal or employee issue. I did add a few things for comfort and convenience but all in all a great traveler, and are able to go anywhere and enjoy the journey.

Livability is very excellent the electronics are all tied together work great. Fleetwood for the first two years took care of all the problems yes it's a pain driving over to there but they were willing to fix everything.... just like buying a car there's lemons in everything mechanical... It's not a Prevost but then again it's only a hundred thousand not five hundred thousand. Most of the people that have problems with their motorhomes aren't handy at fixing anything, and that really helps. The maintenance has to be fun to do. Hope this helps good luck...

This was my first RV so I was unsure what to expect but everything worked perfectly! Pleasantly surprised by the low payment and low insurance costs! Stairs closed on a Kleenex box so I had to replace the gears ($300) but no other issues. My daughter claimed the front bed area (with her own big screen TV) and my son claimed the back booth/bunk area with his own TV. The full body paint job is amazing and doesnt seem to fade or peel. The Ford chassis is great. Never struggles even when towing a car. This is a great weekend get away or vacation vehicle. We recently stayed in the Storm for five weeks and noticed some creature discomforts. Television and seating arrangements not good. Like many RVs, the televisions are not in good viewing locations. The Storm is an entry level RV, so some materials are not of great quality. However, to be fair, you get what you pay for, and the price was good. I bought used, one year old, with low mileage. We were looking to trade and I was shocked at how little was offered. Buyer beware, be sure to get what you want the first time. Overall, I am pleased with the Fleetwood Storm.

We knew that we wanted a shorter floor plan that my wife and I were both comfortable with driving but we also needed a fixed queen bed and as much interior and X cheerier storage as possible. In 2011 the slide on the Tioga was extended by about 5 feet to include the refrigerator and a closet for a full length wardrobe space. We absolutely love it. Especially since we ordered it with no carpet, the floor in the coach area is all vinyl. And there is a deep storage overhead cabinet above just about everything, and it has for seatbelts in the booth so it will legally ride six. And to top it all off they managed to put an easy chair in the coach area as well, for us it is the perfect floor plan. It also has a great deal of exterior storage a huge then in the back where we keep a spare tire and in the middle and has full passed through storage for longer items like fishing poles etc.

This is our 5th Class A coach in 14 years and our third Diesel. Our last Coach was a 42' Tiffin Phaeton which we enjoyed for three and a half years while putting 37,000 miles on it. It was built on the Spartan Mountain Master tag axle chassis and was great to drive. It had propane and electric. It took about 1000 metres driving this new Revolution to immediately feel the huge difference in driveability, comfort, and security that the "Liberty" changes to the Spartan chassis provided. This Coach literally drives itself down the road. Workmanship throughout the Coach is at least on par with other coaches in this price bracket. However, the number and types of things that Fleetwood / American Coach anticipated and engineered into this all electric coach are outstanding when compared to many others.

Have King size bed and it could do with queen to give more room on sides. It makes me feel like living in my family room. Some RV make you feel like a formal living area.

The 40g with bunks is simply the best floorplan for families with children. You can close off the bunkroom and still access the master through the bathroom and not disturb sleeping children. I've owned several class A motorhomes and the build quality is higher than normal. There are some nice touches like all wires are labeled on both ends and wiring diagrams are available online. This applies to AV wires and cables as well. The residential refer is the best ever, there's no question if its going to decide to work that weekend or not like the propane/electric ammonia refers. We dry camp in the Texas summer 75% of the time and the genny has no problem running the 3 A/C's with the load shedding system. I would recommend this RV to anyone with children. Its more expensive than a lot of bunk models, but you get what you pay for. I've owned other bunk models and there is no comparison.

I've owned this RV since I bought it new in August, 2011. At first, the unit was plagued somewhat by the typical problems of anything that big, that new, with little things breaking (door openers, lifts, seals around the shower, etc). But the warranty covered fixing everything and after a short time the unit not only ran like a top but held up extremely well under normal usage. We love this RV, and wanted to take it on a continental wide trip, but things have transpired that make that an impossible dream.

We have enjoyed this RV since we've had it. We have lived full time in it since we bought it in December of 2013 from Jack Sizemore's RV Dealership in Amarillo TX. We've taken several trips with it towing a Chevy Cruz. It ran really great, with plenty of power, with mileage around 5.5 to 8 depending on terrain & wind. Does not use oil, no leaks, handles very well.
Interior in very good shape, very comfortable.

This is our 4th RV & our 2nd Bounder. We really enjoyed it & if we weren't getting out of the "lifestyle" we'd keep it. It runs great, pulled our Chevy Cruz easy with no problems. We've lived in it for 2 1/2 years & had plenty of room. Very comfortable. Everything worked & we even wintered in it & with some precautions, it was ok.
Roof a/c's kept us cool in panhandle heat & furnace does a great job.
Negatives might be, with the engine up front,it could be noisy; mileage ran 5.5 to 8 might depending on terrain & wind.
Otherwise, it's a good looking, good running motor home that is set up for full-timing.

Of the 7 RV's I have owned with over 500,000 miles of RV travel, the Fleetwood Southwind 32VS is the best. Easy to dry camp for days with oversized water and waste tanks, thermo double pane windows, inverter, solar panel, generator, strong chassis, 22.5 inch wheels. Looks like the $400,000 RV's we park next to at the race tracks. The 32VS we have is fully loaded with every conceivable option. Quality and layout good enough to go full time.

I've owned seven RV's and have over half million miles driving and usually towing race cars to tracks across the country. There is no better RV anywhere near the price of the Southwind 32VS. It looks and feels like the big expensive rigs. I especially like the extra large tank capacities for long weekends without hookups. Ford V-10 is unmatched for a gas motor. Storage is excellent. We have had essentially no problems with this RV. Quality is tops.

We thoroughly enjoyed our RV for the last few years. We bought it from the original owner who kept it immaculate. It has been a very dependable motorhome and we love that can use it in most State Parks (many have size restrictions, but with 35 feet we fit into most spots).
We updated the interior of the motorhome and it looks great! Also, the electronics (TV's and stereo) were updated as well.
The dual fuel tank is very convenient when traveling - it gives you options at the fueling stations.

Bought our Bounder new and for the first few trips found need for warranty adjustments or part replacements. Yes, frustrating but now everything works to satisfaction. A great driving vehicle with powerful Ford Triton V10/8 engine for uphill, reasonable soft road ride and love the towing shift for feeling safe going downhill. My wife is very comfortable with the dual AC in summer at Mammoth Lakes and the heater for chilly mornings in fall at 6,000 ft altitude. Cooking is easy and plenty of light for games and reading in evenings or with electrical/cable hook up, watching some TV. The bed feels like at home. Recommend Bounder as home away from home.

Live on West Coast, purchased this unit from original owner in Ohio (yeah, o.k. found it on RVT.com). Second Pace Arrow, third Class A, one other Class C, like everything about it. Full wall slide, bath-and-a-half very livable either short or long-term. Workhorse chassis w/8.lL GM engine only way to go with gas. Most trips regional w/S-10 p/u toad, lots of mtns. but pulls extremely well. Grade Brake on the Allison trans. one of the great inventions of mankind (if you know how to use it). Can't torque with the diesels on the steepest hills but gets us over the top as fast as we want to go. Averaging 7+ overall, better on freeway cruise, less on mtns. and headwind. Couple of circuit board issues, one w/steps, other with dryer/ice-maker but were easily diagnosed and corrected. Battery issue on trip from Ohio due to faulty service (too much grease on chassis ground connection) no other issues (particularly with either slide). Handled well even before adding sway bars, tru-trac, and steering stabilizer but now would compare to most DP's. Love one-piece windshield. As with most RVers always looking for bigger/better but just can't convince myself to put out big additional bucks for marginal benefit in all aspects than what we have with this 36D.

For us, after owning 4 popup campers, our preferences have been an evolution rather than always clear up front. In the early years budget was our key decision influencer so we started with a budget Viking model. It was OKAY at best. Over time we could see the camper quality was not high and components were not built to last. Then we bought a Jayco and while there was some improvement, it was modest. As we long admired Coleman campers we then bought a Fleetwood Utah model with a slideout and a lot of room. A very impressive popup that I still valued but as we aged the setup and teardown ease and time required became a bigger factor. Also we were told slideouts don\'t hold up well and other problems like the added weight to tow and at least two people needed to set it up created the wisdom we applied when we bought our 2008 Fleetwood Cheyenne. We loved that it still feels spacious inside when opened but with a dry weight of 2010 pounds and gross weight of 3000, our 6 cylinder SUV pulls it up Colorado mountains quickly and easily. Thus we get where we are headed at the speed limit.
We like that the frame is steel and the fabrics are top quality as are the mattresses. The easy set up and tear down of the kitchen takes all of one second. The great ventilation eliminated the need for an air conditioner. A simple fan adds a breeze but rarely needed. It\'s easy for two or three people to move about and taking grandkids camping means we can sleep up to 6 but two adults and two kids feels about right. Everything works great and looks like it will continue to work great for a long time. My wife\'s shoulder surgery means we have to sell a camper it took us 8 months to find and that was perfect for two adults, even as seniors. We expect whoever buys it to really enjoy it...now for the right reasons.

The Discovery 40x is nearly a perfect RV. It has a floor plan to that is perfect for entertaining or living in - not to mention for the casual user. I know everyone talks about the floor plan - but seriously, all the other models have people bumping into each other. The interior has elegant colors and upscale finishes (e.g. solid wood everything with crown molding and toe kicks). Lots and lots of counter top spaces, large convection microwave, paneled 4 door fridge, whole coach filtration, low shower threshold (rare these days on the newer vehicles). Everything has been built to last - the only thing I have had to do is to change the soap out, or a burnt out light bulb. And now that I have 2 AC units, I'll never go back to a measly one unit. Speaking of never going back - I'm never going back to a class C either. The big expansive window is perfect for sightseeing while you are still in your vehicle. The things I wish were different are: 3 step entry instead of 2, wood or tile vs laminate and carpet (though I have not had any issues with either), allow the passenger seat to recline fully into something like a bed. Wish there wasn't a step up on one side of the walk around bed. I'm used to it now though. I got lucky with this RV :)

Our experience with this RV has been great! Drives nice, roomy and comfortable sleeping. I can't really think of anything I dislike about it. Of coarse it is not home, but it is the next best thing. We love to camp and have enjoyed our time camping in this RV. With two slide outs, it makes more space for living. It is SO nice to have bunk beds so we don't have to make up the table and couch into beds every night and it is nice to have that space in the morning when everyone else is sleeping to use. We get a lot of compliments on our rig, especially the fact that there are bunks. Lots of cabinets for games, food, clothes, and your year round camping gear. We truly enjoy every aspect of our RV, but wish we could use it more. Due to the type of work we do, we just don't get as much use out of it as we would like. It is time to let someone else enjoy the rig now.

We bought this RV to stay in short term and decided to extend our short term to long term and decided we needed something bigger. It is a cozy RV and would be perfect for anybody wanting something for the weekend or a few months. I really liked all the storage that it provided as well. It is 31 feet but pulls into most camping spots with no problem.

We have loved our Fleetwood pop-up and used it every year for the 8 years we've owned it. It has been mostly maintenance-free and they repairs I've made were due to accidents on my part. Towing is excellent and the quality is excellent. The only downside was the price of the pop-up in 2007. It was $10,000, but it was brand new and has electric brakes.

The floor plan of this coach is like being in your living room back home, 40" flat screen TV in the main living area with our Lazy boy recliners is very relaxing after a long day on the highway. This coach has a great floor plan with it's one and a half baths is great for long trips. It has a very good heating and cooling system and has a large side by side refrigerator with ice maker. Setup is easy with the location of the hookup stations and the automatic self leveling jacks. The 400HP caterpillar engine and the 6 speed Allison transmission provides all the power you would ever need in the mountains or towing. The Spartan chassis, with its air ride, gives a smooth ride and is not bothered by passing trucks or the wind. The Spartan chassis makes maintenance a breeze with all the components located inside the rear compartment on the passenger side. In 2015 we spent 3 months and 5500 miles in this coach without a single problem of any kind. In 2016 we spent 4 months and 6700 miles in this coach with out a single problem. Had surgery this year but hope to get back on the road some day.

This has been a great coach we are only changing because we got such a great deal on a 2014 American Tradition from someone in our owners club that purchased a 2018 American Dream. This was our second Class A motorhome and huge upgrade over the first one (2000 Allegro Bus). It handles well on the road, even when pulling my full sized GMC Sierra pickup. It took about 12 hours of driving to get comfortable with the size and length (65' with truck in tow). After that it has not been a problem, although I still get white knuckles in construction zones where the lanes are narrowed and bordered with concrete barriers. It is virtually unaffected when we are passed by an 18 wheeler.

We have pulled the pickup over 12,000 ft peaks in Colorado with no problem other than slowing down a little. The exhaust brake is a huge benefit when going down from these summits.

It is a great place to stay when set up at an RV site. The water heater serves as a continuous water heater when using both gas and electric together. Plenty of room, and the bed is comfortable with separate air controls for each side. The kitchen is quite functional. We usually fix breakfast and lunch in the RV and eat dinner at a local restaurant.

There is plenty of storage both inside and out. The only reason we don't take the kitchen sink is that the RV already has one.

Water tanks are quite large and suitable for dry camping for several days at a time. The macerator pump makes black water disposal an easy, quick, and clean operation.

We have had very few maintenance issues with this RV. Most have been minor and easy to repair.

I am very please with this Fleetwood Expedition motorhome.

We bought this front living 5th wheel used and have lived in it full-time for 3 1/2 yrs. Overall a quality trailer. Shower & sink are in the bedroom, which we found a bit inconvenient, but we have adjusted to it. The toilet is in a separate little "room" that actually opens to the kitchen area, which we thought a bit odd, but we have adjusted to that as well. Kitchen is functional, living room area is nice for an older trailer. Best things about this trailer is probably the tons of storage space inside, and the great insulation...we almost never hear anything from outside. We lived for a while near a high school and rarely were disturbed by noise. I checked 3 stars on manufacturer support, but fact is, we have never used or contacted the manufacturer since this rig was purchased used. We have our rig commercially hauled, so don't know first-hand about towing, but the haulers we use say it is an easy tow.

We loved this rv from the moment we walked in the door at a show! It had everything we were looking for from beautiful paint on the outside to the neutral interior. Leather pkg - washer/dryer - lots of storage outside an in - the layout is the best we've been in! The half bath is located between the front and bedroom, then there is a sliding door to bedroom with plenty of space on both sides of the bed w/ end tables. Across the bac is a counter w/sink lots of storage and a shower and a half. Also there is a slider door between bedroom and this area.

Beautiful Coach. Well taken care of. Handles like a baby carriage on the road. The captain’s chairs, air ride, Allison 3000MH 6 speed Electronic shifter transmission cruise control and engine break make for pleasurable journeys; it seems like I could drive forever. The elegant interior is surprisingly spacious with many cabinets, pantries, dressers and a cedar lined closet. The Splindine all-in-one washer dryer is super convenient. The lower compartments provide plenty of storage room. The motorized awnings give you plenty of shade for outside grilling. We hate to see it go and hope it finds a good home.

We made wonderful family memories with this RV in the 8 years we owned it. It drives & maneuvers easily & has all the features we needed to be comfortable & safe on the road or in our campsite. Up hill or down, towing or not, the Workhorse motor didn't even work hard. With auto levelers, power slide-outs & a back up camera..pulling into a spot & setting up is a snap!
It was just the 2 of us most of the time but we had plenty of room to have camping guests too. Since we often RV'd in the summer, we loved the dual AC which kept the entire coach as cold as we wanted. Dual thermostats for ac & the furnace too.
I was concerned that the beige carpeting would be hard to keep clean--but we used runner rugs & the carpet looks almost new.
This was our first RV & we are very impressed with Fleetwoods quality. Everytime I needed something it was right at my fingertips--right down to tons of light fixtures, elec. outlets & storage.
We would not hesitate to recommend the Fleetwood Flair to anyone!

This is an easy motorhome to drive, maintain and enjoy. The Triton V 10 is a very capable engine for this unit and is reasonable at the pump with its 75 gallon tank and mileage.
It has also been a very comfortable traveler considering the fact that mine does not have a slide. There is ample storage and has been easy to make my particular upgrades such as LED bulbs.
My only complaint is in how difficult it was to upgrade the factory radio to a nav unit as it seems the factory set it up using proprietary install methods.

We are full-timers and have been since 2009. We thoroughly enjoy the Pace Arrow! We have travelled to Florida and mainly to Texas. The coach handles so very well with the steering stablizer that I had installed. I would not even consider selling the coach if we're not for the physical problems that I am having with my knees. We love the joys of traveling to new areas and meeting so many nice folks. Safe journeys to everyone.

We bought this motorhome used as a trade in at an RV Show, and it was thoroughly gone over before delivery by La Mesa RV so that was in great shape when we picked it up. We lived aboard for 4 months as we travelled across the country to Florida, having sold our house in California. We do pull a CRV toad and it pulled that over the Sierras with no problem. We now have a home in North Carolina and use it for long trips, e.g. to Canada in September, Florida in February etc.

We love the livability of the floorplan with the separate bathroom and washer drier.
Positives: The space of the double slide out at the front is remarkable and it does make an excellent home for long term use. The storage below the floor and in the wardrobes is also really generous. The strong 8.1L V8 just romps up hills, not as well as a big diesel, but the best gas engine there is. The drivability is also excellent as you can pull a toad through a suburban mall parking lot without a worry.
Negatives, the dual paned windows are misting up and we are about to replace them.

8.1 Gas engine has great power. Wasn't pleased with the handling from the factory. With a few simple bolt ons, the handling is vastly improved. The coach and chassis have been well built and durable. Had to live from it twice during an extended stay's up at Duke Medical twice. Parked it in the back woods of Chapel Hill NC at a very nice and secluded park called Spring Hill RV Park. (Beautiful area) From Dec. 1st to March on the 1st trip and it was a cold and snowy & icy winter that year. With the dual electric/gas water heater, I never ran short of hot water and the ducted gas furnace was more than adequate. Very toasty and warm. With a easy modification to my water supply hose, my water supply hose never froze and the warmth being spread through the trailer evenly from the ducted forced air furnace kept my water lines from freezing. The 2nd trip was from April to Nov. and the 15,000 BTU single A/C unit kept me nice and cool the whole summer and Fall. Was a little tight seeing that I live in a 3500sq.ft. house in Charlotte, NC, but it worked out just fine and was very comfortable the whole time I was there. Towing it the 1st time with a 1986 Chevy Suburban 2500, just a tad under what I would recommend, was very easy. The second time I towed it was with a 1997 Chevy K3500 dually with the 6.5l TD engine. Huge difference in fuel mileage. Didn't even now it was behind me. The most I would ever want/need to do to it is maybe add shocks or airbags to the suspensions, but not because it was inadequate, but more that some of the roads were. However some things I know I want to do to it is add auto electric stabilizer's and a auto awning, maybe new decals, but that too is a personal choice as I am a disabled class III heart patient (very weak) and those were the toughest part of setting up and getting road ready throughout the trips to Duke Medical. And that is exactly why I bought my travel trailer, for medical needs as it saved me a ton of $$ as well as offered me a more clean and sanitized place to stay/live in after surgeries, procedures and therapies. A hotel would have cost me over 4K a month compared to $400 a month. And with a future heart transplant, it is the best way to go. The only way for me personally. I have yet to use my travel trailer for personal recreational use since I bought it in 2008, but when I do I know I will enjoy it just as much if not more.(praying) Thought of upgrading to a 5th wheel, but not within my budget. But if I do, I know it will have to be very comparable to the Wilderness Yukon 830Y TT I have now. Highly recommend.

Although we rented this unit thinking we should "try before we buy" we did spend a ton of time in it. We drove this beauty from Raleigh, NC to Palmdale, CA and back over Christmas - a total of 5500 miles in 16 days. We were treated to some pretty nice days and dry weather while driving out, but ran into some winter conditions on I-20 between Pecos, TX and Dallas. Temps in El Paso the night before dropped down to the upper teens and meant that the furnace would have to keep up with the cold air and winds that night. No problem with the Revo - the furnace was set to 65 degrees and kicked on and off every 15 to 18 minutes. Never a chill in the air!! Aside from the Norcold fridge not working at all when we picked up the rig, all else was pretty trouble-free. The Camping World dealer in Columbia, SC did a splendid job getting the fridge problem worked out - put his finger on the issue right away and recommended a course of action for the balance of the trip.

Many rigs suffer from the "shakes" and the Revo was no different - as we put our "home on wheels" through minor earthquakes for the trip! Numerous small items had fallen apart due to the bumps and bounces of the roads particularly bad in Louisiana - avoid them if at all possible. We had to go that southern route as the Northern I-40 corridor was snowy and questionable at best. I was very pleased with the 350hp Cummins power plant turbo diesel. The performance was surprisingly good. Also we averaged about 8.2 mpg with a FULL LOAD of people and stuff, but I kept it at 60 to 65 mph. My son kept it at 70 to 75 mph most of the time and was rewarded with 7.23 mpg's! That's a considerable difference! My confidence with Fleetwood is bolstered from what a friend had told me - said to stay away from F'wood, get a Tiffen unit - much better quality and service. From what I saw in over 5,000 miles of driving, there could not have been much difference between the two. Other than price!!! At this point, the cons would be limited to some onboard items not working - none of the tank capacity gauges worked so we had to guess; and the TV Satellite receiver never did pull in channels (my errors or system issues??). The numerous items falling off/apart enroute due to bumps I would attribute to poor roads and not poor quality although to make stuff more robust in these things would add considerable cost. And anyway, I enjoy fiddling with them and fixing stuff!! :) Next up, try to figure out which one to buy - retirement first!!

Very bad vehicle. It should be offered in auction rather than to be for sale. Nothing is working as should be. Pictures are either from another RV or were taken several years ago. The RV dealer who is advertising it should take more responsibility with their costumer and be sure what they advertise is at least close to the reality.
This RV is a disaster. I assume full responsibility for the comments you cal call me

We purchase our 2004 P.A. triple slide 36B floor plan in June 2015 and could not be happier! What a fabulous job Fleetwood did in thinking through the LIVEABILITY factors! All of the little details, cedar lined closets that include a dehumidifier stick (that plugs into the back of the closet,)pull out drawers/pantry, huge/wide/deep drawers for storage, make being in the rig a joy, not a pain. The furniture is Very comfortable (flex steel) and that is important for someone who has fibromyalgia and other health issues. The LARGE kitchen sinks with pull down spray faucet, the drink cup holders every where, the electric awning and the outside storage that comes out with the slides, are just some of the other features that makes us LOVE our new to us RV.
We went to get new tires put on the other day and some salesmen said they could get us into a New rig. We said "that's ok, we prefer this older one". They do not make anything new on the market that can compare (in our opinion, anyway). We got the extended Good Sam warranty because we knew due to the age, things could go wrong. Of course, new rigs have issues, too! Everybody who has seen the RV is impressed with the cherry wood interior, with the brush steel fixtures and cream colored leather and ultra suede furniture. I really like the huge side by side clean steel refrigerator and Corian counters throughout. The shower size is very nice with built in shampoo/soap station and grab bar. There is a separate toilet room. One of the best features is the Splendide w/d combo located in the kitchen area, freeing up clothes storage in the bedroom.
Hope this helps in your decision. We have had several RVs throughout the years, but plan to make this our last!!

This is one of the best floor plans that I have seen on a gas motor home. It has a very roomy feeling in the front and very comfortable in the bedroom area. The large bath in the back is excellent. The shower is almost as good as a home shower. The 2nd sink in the WC area is a real boon, as two can get ready at the same time. The only negative is the noise from the front engine, especially when the cooling fan comes on.

We chose this RV because of the open floor plan and it served us well especially during inclement weather when several people came in to get out of the rain and it was not crowded or confining. It was unlike any other RV we had looked at - we also really liked the free standing kitchen table & chairs. There were countless occasions where we used the chairs for additional guests who came to visit. We found the RV to be of excellent quality and on the rare occasion when we had to replace a part or some other feature that broke, we found it very easy to find and order replacements. We also really enjoyed the 2 televisions, fireplace, and stereo system. We found the RV quite easy to pull and park considering neither of us had any real experience with this in the past. In general, we have thoroughly enjoyed our 11 year experience with this RV and have nothing truly negative to mention. Whoever chooses our RV as theirs will certainly enjoy many years of \"roughing it\" in comfort, we are confident of that!

Love the electric awning which automatically goes in when too much wind, the electric steps and especially the electric leveling jacks. We had a 5th wheel before this class A which had none of these features. My husband has a bad back so these features make the trips easy. We also love the walk-around bed and changed the mattress to a Sleep Number. Do wish there was a little more counter space in the kitchen as I love to cook but I think that's a complaint of most all RV owners. The bathroom has adequate space, one can be in the shower and another person at the sink. Dinette is very comfortable and can see the overhead tv while sitting. We would definitely buy another Southwind as the quality of cupboards (solid wood), counters (Corian)and furnishings is top-notch. Great visibility while driving.

The wandering was discomforting. My research brought me to the Blue Ox Tiger Track. mI had it installed, and wow, what a difference. It's drives beautifully now. I still might ad the new Blue Ox motorhome sway bar to eliminate body roll around corners. The layout is exceptional; very large living area, and unbelievable counter space. We love the four-door ice-maker fridge. We replaced the old CRT television with a 32" Samsung flat panel TV. The fibreglas was oxidized, so I found this outstanding gel coat product called Sine On. Now it taking on a beautiful shine. The main area is an upgraded tiny, right from the factory. We replace the carpeting which was a gold/green colour, and replaced it with a high weave beige broadloom. I'm also replacing all the outside stickers; e.g. electric outlet, LP{ warning etc. They are quite deteriorated and the replacement will do wonders for its appearance. It's like new now, and we love it. Can hardly wait for spring to arrive.

Other than general maintenance, this coach has performed flawlessly and with luxury and comfort one would expect from a higher end coach. The added upgrades make this coach an excellent value over newer vehicles that skimp in quality such as presswood cabinetry, lack of insulation for year round use, cheap counters, appliances, and fixtures. You would have to spend 3x this a mount to get the same value of this coach.

My wife and I have owned several RV's -- the last two were Class A motorhomes. This RV was far and away the best RV we have ever owned. The almost 4000 pounds of rated Cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) provides a large margin for bringing along our personal goods without worrying about overloading the tires or chassis. We have had virtually no problems with this motor home while driving it for 65,000 miles and 12 years.

I have enjoyed owning it. As I am 82 years young I just felt it was time for me to sell this Motor Home. It is on a workhorse frame with a Chevy Vortec engine and an Allison transmission. It had a recall for the brakes which were fixed and I have not had any problem with the brakes since it was fixed by Workhorse. It has a large refrigerator with an icemaker. I like driving it. I tow a Honda CRV and don't even know it is back there until I look down at my rear view camera. I did have a sway system installed which works fine.

The longest trip we took with this rig was Oct 2012 when we went to Yellowstone, The Tetons, Jackson Hole, Brice canyon, and Zion. Three weeks and 2700 miles with no problems. We did towed our 2008 Tacoma so that we had wheels to visit areas that we visited. We had a great time, only thing that it went by fast. This is a great first time rig to get into. Its 32ft 11 inches long and very comfortable to drive. Well maintenance and all warranties completed. The reason we are selling is that we are in the process to upgrade to a newer and larger rig.
Call me to view our rig and see for yourself how well maintain we keep it.

I experienced problems because the dealer, McMahons RV in Colton, CA did not properly prepare the motorhome for the road. The front end was almost 1 inch out of alignment, wore out two new tires on the trip home to Alabama, the black water had not been emptied, the clear coat pealed with a few months. I called the deler and was assured some would get back with me. But since I live in Alabama, out of sight out of mind. I really like the motorhome.

We lived in our motorhome for 2 summers while we were campground hosts. It has more storage space than any other motorhome that we saw. It is bright and cheery. The pantry made it possible to store enough food to last 2 weeks even though we ate 3 meals a day in our RV. There was plenty of closet space for our clothes including coats.

We bought this RV used 3 years ago. It is our first motorhome. Of course a 40 foot quad slide would be great for the room but we tend to spend most of our time outside. It works great for us, us being my wife and I, an 11 yr old and a 10 yr old. The Chevy engine has lots of power and it gets around 9 mpg.

overall, I love this RV. The Triton v-10 pulls amazing well up some very steep mountains and is very smooth. Although there is only 1 roof top AC unit, it cooled sufficiently, even in Arizona. More than enough storage inside out out. After 13 years, still cleans up very nice and the decals have not lifted or peeled.

Purchased new in 2002, very easy to pull with 1/2 ton pick-up or van. Stove works great for baking cakes, pies or roasts (remember to check propane line at beginning of season for bug nests). Fridge keeps things very cold and freezer keeps all items solid as a rock. Changed original mattress for a home size queen made sleep much better. Installed crank down rear stabilizers and power front hitch. Awning easy to operate. Just a great camping experience every time.

In 2004, we purchased this motorhome used. It only had 6,000 miles on it and we were the second owners. It is not what I call a luxury coach but, it is a practical coach with an attractive interior. The solidly built cabinets are light oak stained which doesn't show dust. The floor plan is very livable. There is ample storage inside and out. The mileage averaged between 9.5 to 10 mpg, fully loaded and pulling a tow car. Never a problem driving in mountains. It served us well for 10 years and it's still going but, the human driver is not.

We've had a Fleetwood Southwind for many years, and have loved the rig. Little to no problems, other than normal wear and tear. Excellent floorplan -- wish it was still made. We replaced the carpet with vinyl tile in the main area, and that's worked well for us. LOVE how it's easy to drive, although I don't personally drive when we're towing -- my husband does the towing. But I drive it by myself all the time. If we upgraded, would likely try to find an used Southwind again -- newer model.

Over all this has been a good RV. The only negative I have is the ride quality. The ride is very stiff. The engine is a 8.1 Liter Gm with allison Trans. The engine and trans run great. I bought this unit used in 2012 with almost 38000 miles. I now have 41500 miles. The fiber glass is in very good condition, the roof does not leak. I will buy a air ride on my next unit. This bounder has two slides that work great.

I am the second owner and purchased the coach with 15,600 miles on the odometer. It is the smallest Southwind made with 19.5' wheels and one 12 ft LR slide. Workhorse W20 chassis with Chevy 8.1 Vortec V8 and Allison 5spd. tranny. Good power for this size rig even with flat towing
a Corolla 4spd.manual toad with a Demco tow bar and Roadmaster easy brake unit. Average 8 mpg on I-5 trips to California. Adequate room for
two adults to live in unit over the winter months. Queen island bed has lots of storage underneath which comes in handy. I am impressed with the quality of build for the Power Platform system. This motorhome gives me the impression of being a solid well engineered unit. Only issue is overhead cabinets across the front where the weight of the analog TV has caused sagging.

Having a slide out makes a huge difference. The kitchen has the best workspace and storage of anything comparable and the bathroom is very spacious. This is our first RV we bought it last summer after having had 2 different fold down truck campers over the years. We didn't do a lot of shopping around but did do extensive Internet research. We purchased a used 2000 Fleetwood Tioga SL. We like the layout and the furnishings. We generally travel with 4 adults and have plenty of living space, privacy and storage both inside and in the basements. Our Tioga drives and rides very comfortably even on a long days drive. I have replaced the thermostat for the Heating/AC, general maintenance. This summers thorough cleaning of the inside included carpet cleaning and the outside cleaning included a cleaning with SHINE ON Surface Cleaner followed by the application of SHINE ON Fiberglas Restoration Clear Coat. Manufacturer Warranty/Support is non applicable.
