LISTING NO LONGER AVAILABLE Class B / Lakewood, CO
$5500 OBO $109k miles
It runs good except it will not cold start - the temperature gage must get to just above the "C" (cold) line and then she's fine.
It has a factory high top - it was originally sold as a 1989 Dodge Expedition I believe, a factory motorhome. Not everything works like a MH will but it is set up comfortably for boondock camping. It does plug into 30 amp at the campground. It does not have solar.
It has a approximately full-size bed, bathroom, kitchen and dining area which makes into a bed. This last area has a bay window.
Storage is plenty - under the bed from inside is storage for water. There used to be a hooked up water tank here so it could be converted back to that, as it is the water is not plumbed in the camper. There are 3 cupboards over the bed in the back and 3 windows - one of them is an escape window. This area has access on two sides from the outside and has a good amount of storage. Threre is a trailer hitch for towing something not too heavy. Storage over and under the sink and counter, a large pantry beside the kitchen across from the wet bath. Toilet needs a new tank - we used a porta potty and used this room for storage. There is a 5 gallon drinking water container on wheels stored here that fits great so we are leaving that with the camper - the water tank can be locked if you are leaving it outside.
Additional storage over the dinette area and over the cab area. A screen door made from "Magic Mesh" is stored here as are the legs for the table.
The passenger chair is missing, well the swivel frame is there but the fabric had been damaged by the previous owner as had the dog house cover. We have replaced the dog house cover (19 panels to make it fit!). There are full black out curtains that go across the front windown and I made them extra long to keep out light. There is also a room divider made from black out curtains. There is a small sky light above the cab and a 2 speed bi-directional Fantastic Vent that runs off the house battery.
We are motivated as we leave at the end of the month for our own venture. I needed a trailer with a ramp and can no longer do the step up and down all the time with a stair when camping.
I steam cleaned it all before laying down new carpet a couple years ago. Photos will be posted soon on RV Trader, probably in about an hour.
