I bought this unit new in 2018, we lived in it until we found our forever home. It has been maintained and the up keep is second to none, since we lived in it. It only has about 1000 miles on as we bought it and lived in TX then moved to KS, where we are currently. Everything is in working order; currently there isn't a mattress, but it does fit a King size bed.
