This beautiful full time living F/W has been our home since August 2018. It is very comfortable for 2 adults and can accommodate a child or children with a sofa or bunk bed where the sofa was. We removed the sofa so a sewing center could be installed for sewing and quilting. The sewing center is not included in the sale.
The paint is Venetian Sunset with Hazelnut wood cabinetry, valances and trim. Decor is mica with linen furniture. The flooring is hand laid vinyl plank with the "Louisiana Cut" carpet option.
The kitchen features a 4 door Norcold 2118SS electric or propane refrigerator/freezer, a propane 3 burner range/stove, a microwave/convection oven, double country style sinks and a dishwasher.
The dinette can seat 4 adults, more if you enjoy close dining with family, children and friends.
A desk with drawers and a cabinet above is between the dining table and recliner sofa.
The recliner sofa in the living room is across from the TV, entertainment center and electric fireplace. This really helps avoid neck strain while watching TV, sports or movies.
A half bath with connections for a washer and dryer is downstairs.
The queen bed suite upstairs has room around the bed that allows for easy access onto and off the bed. Night stands are on each side of the bed, with cabinets above the head of the bed and an 8 drawer vanity across from the bed. A TV and DVD player are above the vanity.
The upstairs bath features a large single sink with mirrors, cabinets beside the mirrors, linen storage, and a large shower. The toilets are "Tecma" macerators.
The closet is walk-in with a 4 drawer dresser and cedar lining.
There are 3 air conditioners (2 are heat pumps), 3 Maxxair fans with roof covers, and a 40,000 BTU furnace.
We ordered this unit because it is 4 season rated with 3 1/4' walls and formaldehyde free insulation. It has served us well through the very cold winters and hot summers we have in central Oklahoma. Also, it has a very large storage capacity for all our things.
The pin box is MORyde as are the 3 independent suspension 8,000# axles. The tires are Goodyear 17 1/2" "H" rated.
This unit includes the Standard Mobile Suites features plus Full Timers and Travelers Packages.
