I guess I will make lemonaid... Drove from kc to Dallas to get the last one I could find new so I would not have to work on somthing that's new..the caulk they used didn't set up on the roof..some steel screws not sealed at all.one roof vent top is caulked one not. First time climbing down the Lippert base came off as 4 -5/8 penitration screws didn't hold..2 screws had sealant for screws 2 still had paper on it so they were not sealed. The gutter spouts are really weak so add more caulk. The trim inside is terrible in spots.one cabinet door is 3/4 inch lower than the other so not only crooked the door doesn't seal when shut.the u shape dining seat trim is 1/4 short so it caught my pants. It pulled ok with3/4 ton.when I got home one chair was in the kitchen. Again 1 -5/8 screw was torn out of the floor..one small screw to hold down a recliner. I got alot of pictures .I'm a member of holiday ramblers and we will do alot of talking about Twilight.

We used this RV for about 40 days every year since 2019. We loved the floor plan and the liveability. Like other travel trailers you need to be a good handy man to resolve some annoying issues like, fixing the caulking around the shower door, re-aligned and resealed the shower drain with the ABS pipe under the shower base, replace the city water inlet (luckily it broke during set up at camping site), re-fixed all wooden center panel cabinet (not enough glue) and you must use water pressure regulator to avoid the toilet water valve leaking. Finally, the original tires on the RV were good for only 4 years (less than 5000 miles), that’s a little bit disappointing. Despite these annoying issues we still like it.

Where to begin? 1st 10feet the cabin lights stopped working, bent stabilizer arm. valances laminate peeled, light coming in bedroom due to cabinet coming off the side wall panels for underground storage and the same for the walk-in closet over the outside kitchen plus the fenders over the tires began to flap in the wind. Mile 400 refrigerator fell off the wall. Not attached to the A frame and only into a 3/4 in think vanity board. 600 miles in the covers for electrically at front came off. 1200 miles in Awning came of the control arm nearly taking off my head. Looks like not riveted into the arm. 2000 miles all plumbing under sinks came loose and the shelf under the kitchen sink collapsed. 2500 miles in the electrical panel began falling off the wall. Large blind fell off wall. So much more!!!!! During this time my dealer directed to the MFG who in the end took notes but never reimbursed me for all of the repair expenses. In fact, we schedule a drop-off in Indiana to the MFG who later reneged on the stop and tried to move us to January. So whatever price you get with the new trailer you will be paying out of pocket during trips to put it back together better than it was manufactured. I would ask for 5k off immediately.

We have owned the cruiser radiance for roughly 2 months and used it twice. The floorplan is great and the looks of it are great, but that's where the fun ends. The build quality of this unit is absolutely horrible. The first time we took it camping, one of the window shades completely pulled out of the wall. Two screws only held into 1/8 inch particle board. That particle board was only held up by 6-7 quarter inch staples. I fixed that myself the right way. The second time we went out, one of the kitchen cabinets pulled out of the wall by the mounting screws. (And there was nothing but 2 loaves of bread in it at the time!) After further inspection there is signs of very poor quality materials all over this camper. After paying nearly $40,000 for this unit after trading in our 2019 Jayco Jay Feather only to have more space, we feel as though we have been robbed. We do not blame our dealer because they were more than helpful to us. But we will never buy another Cruiser brand RV.

Quality control is the worst I have ever seen. We had to vacuum and wipe down everything because of the saw dust and construction debris. First trip the heater blower stopped working. The squirrel cage came apart and was destroyed. The front stabilizer jacks didn't work, a wire was not installed correctly. The skirting flaps so bad going down the road that some of the side light covers came off. On the third trip the water pump quit working, had to have it fixed. We have to reset the thermostat every trip. 1 year and 3 months the skirting on the right side was destroyed from the wind on the highway. Cruiser wouldn't help because it was 3 months past the 1 year warranty. The bedroom door keeps coming of the track when traveling even though it's latched. I WOULD NEVER BUY AN RV FROM CRUISER.
