This is a completely renovated Coachman Cross Country 372S Class A diesel pusher RV. It was gutted from the inside and out in 2020 (COVID) and all the typical ugly plaids and dark wood has been completely replaced with a light, modern aesthetic by a professional decorator and high end carpenter. So many things to mention - the tile backdrops in the kitchen, the light gray wood flooring, the tile bathroom with marble lintels, the bathtub (!?), the modern stovetop, full kitchen and oven and open seating areas. The Model year is 2004, but ignore that for a moment... nearly everything but the engine, chassis and transmission are brand new...(new interior, new paint, new roof, new tires...)
Let me picture your future for you. You slide into the comfortable leather captains chair, your copilot beside you. She rotates her seat to talk to you as you fire up the newly installed hi-powered 4 channel Bluetooth Sony / Polk audio sound system with powered 10 Subwoofer behind your seat and you are on the way. You drive to an incredible location on a cliff or at the beach, pull out the awning, open the slideouts, layout the ground carpet, set up the dining table, chairs, and solo stove (for a fire later) and the grill and cooking stand. You make dinner and pull a bottle of wine out of the slide out wine rack in the pantry (yep). Later, since it is a clear night, you inflate the giant bubble tent to sleep under the stars, watch a movie, fall asleep outdoors... but unbothered by bugs. Then in the morning you take a nice hot outdoor shower, and shave in the hanging mirror. If privacy is needed you have a privacy tent for that. You then head out for an inflatable stand up paddle board session or boogie board or skim board. Or maybe a bike ride with the included e-fat-bike on the 5 bike Thule rack (included). Then you stow it all away and drive to your next gorgeous location. As someone said, Its like a Marriott on wheels... With both slideouts open you have amost 400sq ft feet of living space - as big as many hotel rooms...
RV's that look like this go for $500K. But here's the thing - with a Cummins 300hp turbo diesel and Allison transmission (both rated for 1 million miles) and a Freightliner truck chassis, the 83,000 miles on this unit means it is still at the beginning of life. This is basically a semi- truck with a house on the back - it is made to last.
Also, with new tires ($2400 - 2022), a new roof ($20,000 - 2022) and a new paintjob (removing all those ugly decals and logos) ($15,000 - 2024) it is essentially a brand new RV inside and out. You won't find another like it. I overpaid for it 4 years ago - and so will you. And you won't regret it.
Other features - all the bells and whistles as you would expect (40,000 BTU furnace, dual 13,500 BTU AC units, 10 gallon hot water capacity, 175 gallon LP tank, and a massive 90 gallon fresh water tank and 52 gallon gray/waste water tank and a massive 6.5K Onan generator you can run both AC's, the microwave, both TV's and all the lights simultaneously no problem. Also comes complete with a bubble tent (see pics!) ($2000), inflatable mattress for sleeping under the stars, outdoor dinner table, chairs, grill, Solo stove, stand up paddle board, skim board, boogie board, work stool, ladder, back up camera, driving camera, a ScanGauge (to monitor engine codes and oil and fuel and temps and 30 other things) and 100 things I forgot to mention. All the bedding etc. as well which is all very new including the memory foam mattress.
The RV is currently in storage in San Jose del Cabo - I use it for beach getaways. I can bring it back to the states to any West coast destination if need be after a deposit
