A luxurious Travel Trailer with many 'creature comfort' features, such as high-efficiency LED lighting throughout, large flat screen TV on mounts that allow you to pivot & rotate for easy viewing from either soft, comfortable reclining seats, dining room or from kitchen while cooking. TV has multiple inputs allowing for Amazon Fire, Roku, VCR, etc. Stereo is AM/FM with built-in DVD player and USB Port. It is also connected to exterior stereo speakers for outdoor entertaining. Adding to the outdoor entertaining experience is a motorized awning with LED night-lighting, built-in swing-out gas grill and beverage fridge and convenient 120VAC power outlet.
Climate control is provided by an AC unit for cooling and a propane-powered heater for warmth on those chilly nights, both temperature regulated by a wall-mounted thermostat.This model comes with an abundance of storage; inside and out.
Two showers are offered; an indoor and outdoor system.
After delivery by the Dealer, no miles were added. RV was stationery as it was being used as a temporary residence by a non-smoking husband/wife couple (no children or pets) during the construction of their new house.
