This is a 99 Beaver Marquis Tourmaline that has been fully remodeled about six years ago. One slide out with walnut hardwood floors, travertine tile in the bathroom, and an Aston frameless shower enclosure. Comes with two flat screen tv's and Samsung sound bars and new LED lights. Dometic fridge and freezer with a convection oven and aquahot. Black out shades in the bedroom.
This rv was just driven across the country and needs new brakes, and it just got an oil change. This is a nice RV but it is twenty years old and has normal wear and tear as one would expect.
Issues: Every RV has issues that most dealers won't tell you about. This is the list of things wrong with this one:
I would get new breaks asap. It needs new clear coat of paint, the diesel generator will start but it will not stay on, the washer and dryer works but it does not spin. The headlights are original, and I would not drive it at night. Back up camera is old. One side of the glass shower is broken and there are two lights that need to be replaced inside. The second little faucets in the kitchen is not connected even though they work. There are gaps at the top of the windshield and I would get a new front left tire. As stated it does not need an oil change though it is approaching time for a transmission fluid change.
This RV has been great and I have never had mechanical issues with it, the cat engine has 450 hp and drives great even up steep hills. I would feel comfortable driving it across the country again I would just get new breaks and I wouldn't drive at night.
I spent almost $10k remodeling this rv and according to nadaguides it has an average retail value of $74,850 but due to the issues listed above I'm listing at $70,000 now $67k and all reasonable offers will be considered.
Title in hand.
