The unit has a single mega-slide creating a large living area with a walk-in pantry. We have refurbished the interior with reworked valances and matching upholstery. Equipped with 2 TV's and DVR's. Refrigerator with ice maker and auxiliary freezer located in the basement. Sleeps four with convertible sofa bed and queen size Tuft & Needle mattress.
A new roof was installed in the summer of 2022. A combination washer/dryer is included. New exterior graphics have been added to enhance the exterior appearance. Large exterior awning with auto retracting/wind sensor feature as well as a new single slide awning have been added. Leveling jacks and tow package included. The unit has been well maintained with regular periodic maintenance over the course of our ownership. Good Rubber all around.
