The previous owner is a transit administrator and knows this bus from bumper to bumper. It cost him approx. $30,000.00 to build it. He did not cut any corners and knew how to do things correctly to include new paint job.

The oak floors were covered professionally with carpet and pad. New glass shower door installed in step down shower. New queen size pillow top mattress added and two twins beds removed for added comfort.
Two closets added in bedroom. Dinette set with corian tabletop built in. Large medicine cabinet added to restroom.The bus has two roof airs, stainless steel sink, apartment size refrigerator, convection oven, 60 gallon fresh water tank, macerating toilet system was built in.
There's also a 3000 watt sine wave inverter.
The air conditioner is fully functional and great on or off the road. There's two roof airs for cooling when parked and they work awesome.
The house battery system has two 4D AGM Lifeline batteries. The bus has a new Series 50 engine installed.
