I'm serious..if you are a serious buyer, consider this coach. It is a terrific buy. I can't say enough good about it. Lost my income...have to pay it off.
The coach has dual zone air conditioning, and heat, with three ceiling exhaust fans. Air and heat are controlled by a digital thermostat. It has a combo convection microwave, four door refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. It has washer and dryer hookups. The water heater is a 10 gallon Gas/Elect. w/DSI. The engine is a GM workhorse 8.1 L gas engine, (496 cu. in.) It has 30,114 miles on it at this time. The engine runs great. It has the Allison transmission, which is a great option. It has a steering stabilizer, new Bilstein shocks, (only 30 miles on them at this time), and new tires with only about 3000 miles on them, and chrome wheel package. It has automatic hydraulic leveling jacks. It has a 5500 Onan 5KW gas generator, 1000 watt inverter, and 50 amp service. Also has several computer jacks.
There are two slide outs, each with its own awning. There is a large patio awning, also. The bedroom has a queen bed, full double door closet, vanity, and TV hookups. Other options are a driver's door w/pwr windows, heated mirrors, backup camera w/mic., electric sun visors, tilt/cruise, premium sound system, satellite tracking antenna sys., entertainment control center, double pane windows, tile upgrade in bath and kitchen, glass shower encl. w/skylight, outside shower, coreon sinks and counters, metal fixtures, and a ceramic toilet. It has an LP gas range. The coach still has at least a year left on extended warranty.
The unit has an electric automatic entrance step. There are a few nicks in the side tape design, but nothing noticeable from 15 or more feet. Overall appearance is great. It comes with a full Adco Tyvek cover, and four Tyre guards. This motorhome has a high retail value of approximately $84,000, and a low of approximately $70,000. A year ago it listed at a dealer for $89,900. Asking price of $62,500 is a great deal. Will deliver for expenses.
