We picked this up in May, 2009, and have spent several months camping with it including a ten day vacation. We didn't just turn the equipment on and off, we put it to use! We put brand new tires on it (August, 2009), put a new dometic awning on it (July, 2009) and have completely removed the faded vinyl graphics. The unit is in very nice condition throughout, has low miles, and is ready for much more enjoyment. Please Note: THIS IS A 10 YEAR OLD USED UNIT.
